The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a trundle bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel bed. The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 young children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch on the back of the house. Gas grill on the porch. Plenty of parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

Small farm in scenic surroundings, where the animals can walk around almost freely. Pick eggs for breakfast, scratch the mini pig. Wake up to the rooster crowing. With the canoe you can paddle several kilometers. The bathroom is simple, without a shower, but the bathroom stairs and the lovely water make up for it. There's a gas grill there too. An eldorado for animal lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Forest, water and mountains. Taxi boat to Lyngør and more. 15 min drive to Tvedestrand, with 5 different grocery stores, and free outdoor water park. 4 min to convenience store.

Rented out in the summer of 2025 – Cozy home near the beach and the city I am renting out parts of my home in the summer of 2025, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The home has two spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen and a bright living room, as well as an outdoor living room and a large outdoor area where you can enjoy the sun. Picture of jacuzzi and bathroom will be added later (due to renovation) The property is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes walk from the beach. You will also find shops nearby for daily necessities, and it is a short way to the city.

Walking distance to swimming areas, hiking areas, the city and everything you need when you are on vacation. We can assist with tips and recommendations for your stay in charming Risør. The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen was renovated in the summer of 2023. Sørlandshus in Gjerstad near swimming and fishing waters

I inherited Godli from an old aunt about 25 years ago. The house was built around 1950 by a local carpenter who has also made many of the furniture. We have tried to keep the slightly retro atmosphere in the house. At the same time, we are constantly making new upgrades. The electrical system on the 2nd floor has just been replaced. We use the house as a holiday home ourselves. The house is located in an open and peaceful area. There are nice places to swim just nearby, nice hiking terrain and a little half hour to drive to Risør and Kragerø

Cozy guesthouse on rural property. Here you can barbecue, play ball games and have fun. We have a jetty, beach, bathhouse and two kayaks that can be rented. Ramp at the entrance suitable for pram or wheelchair. To Risør city center it is three km, a nice walk along the fjord. We live on the island of Barmen with a bridge connection to the mainland. It is of course possible to drive here by car. In the area there are nice hiking trails. In the winter we often have ice on the fjord and then we can use snowshoes, skis or skates.

Cottage for rent, 1.5 km from E18 at Sørlandsporten in Risør municipality. It is 15 min to Risør city center and to Tvedestrand. 10 km to Brokelandsheia with, among other things, the small zoo and Euro -spar. Two km to the village Søndeled with Kiwibutikk (open on Sundays in summer) and swimming facilities. Nice marked hiking trails nearby. Kristiansand Zoo is 1 hour away.
