Welcome to our cozy lake-view apartment. Measuring 67 square meters (721 square feet), it offers ample space for 2 people and is located on the upper floor of our house, with a separate entrance, on a quiet residential street. Our guest terrace with a beach chair invites you to relax. The apartment is surrounded by greenery but also centrally located, about a 10–15-minute drive from Lübeck and the Baltic Sea, including the seaside resorts of Travemünde and Timmendorfer Strand. The train station and bus stop are about a 10-minute walk away.

Arrive & breathe: lovingly furnished apartment with solid wood furniture in a quiet location in Sereetz directly on the edge of the forest. Wheelchair accessible and ideal for cyclists. Only 12 km to the Baltic Sea and 13 km to Lübeck! Discover Lübeck (UNESCO World Heritage), idyllic coastal towns and Holstein Switzerland comfortably by train/bus, car or bicycle. The Sereetz highway exit is 2 km away, the train station is 2.5 km away. We will be happy to provide you with information and help - in German, English and French.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

As part of a two-family house, this apartment is small but cozy. Its 35 square meters include a kitchen-living room, a separate bedroom, and a spacious shower. The sofa bed makes it possible for three people to stay here, but we recommend only two guests. There is a free parking space on the property, and the wall box for charging electric cars can also be used for a fee. Beds are freshly made and towels are provided.
