Measuring 67 square meters (721 square feet), it offers ample space for 2 people and is located on the upper floor of our house, with a separate entrance, on a quiet residential street. Our guest terrace with a beach chair invites you to relax. The apartment is surrounded by greenery but also centrally located, about a 10–15-minute drive from Lübeck and the Baltic Sea, including the seaside resorts of Travemünde and Timmendorfer Strand. The train station and bus stop are about a 10-minute walk away.

Vacation home near the Baltic Sea on 2 floors

Our small apartment is located in Ratekau in a quiet cul-de-sac, only 8 km from the Baltic Sea and 10 km from Lübeck. Both can be reached very easily by car, bus or quite comfortably by bike. After a nice day trip, the day can end wonderfully in the evening sun on the balcony of the 55 sqm non-smoking apartment on two floors.
