The apt. (40m2) is located right in front of the beach and next to the dunes. From your appartment you have a breathtaking view over the sea. It will comfortably fits 2 and is completely new, finished in June 2021. Cozy living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed, perfect WIFI and nice bathroom. You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Het ligt in een rustige woonwijk in het zuidelijke deel van Zandvoort, op minder dan 5 minuten lopen van zowel het strand als het dorpscentrum. De strandstudio is volledig zelfvoorzienend voor 2 personen met een aparte badkamer, een keuken en een beschut, zonnig terras om buiten te zitten.

Haus am Zee is a cosy beachhouse only one minute walking from Zandvoort’s South Beach. The beachhouse with its own entrance, has two rooms (one bedroom), a small kitchenette and a small livingroom with view on the garden. Busy You @ Sea is een volledig gerenoveerde studio, open sinds maart 2024. Op één minuut lopen van de duinen. Ook het strand en het centrum bevinden zich op loopafstand. Dé plek om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen! De gezellige studio met eigen opgang (29 m2, open ruimte) is gelegen in het souterrain en van alle gemakken voorzien. Openslaande deuren geven toegang tot je privé terras, met uitzicht op de (gedeeltelijk omheinde) tuin.

The studio is located in the quiet Zandvoort south, a 5-minute walk from the beach and dunes. Our guests greatly appreciate the perfect location. The studio was completely renovated in 2023 and has been given a different layout. The comfortable bathroom separates the living area from the sleeping area, which offers more privacy. The beach house located in our backyard can be entered through its own entrance, suitable for 2 people who love the beach and dunes. The train station is a 1-minute walk away and is the starting point for many fun day trips. (Haarlem 10 minutes, and Amsterdam 30 minutes.) There is a free parking space available. Pets are not allowed.
