Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Bitte beachten, nicht geeignet für Kinder, keine Haustiere, Allergie Das Ferien-Apartment (Souterrainwohnung Deckenhöhe 1,92 m, direkt am romantischem Weiher in Warnsdorf. Nur einige Kilometer von der Ostseeküste entfernt, findet man den kleinen Ort Warnsdorf der Gemeinde Ratekau. Der Ort liegt an der Ostseite des Sees inmitten der typischen Holsteiner Landschaft auf halber Strecke zwischen Timmendorfer Strand Niendorf und Travemünde.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Good Pettluis - Vacation in the Mansion

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Beach house - Spacious and modern!

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

Lage Von der Wohnung aus können viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie die Haupteinkaufsstraße in wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreicht werden. Die Straße ist mit ihrem Kopfsteinpflaster, den historischen Häusern und seinen vielen Gängen eine der typischen Lübecker Altstadtstraßen. Um die Ecke befindet sich der Elbe-Lübeck-Kanal mit schönen Spazierwegen. Zwei historische Freibäder können Sie zu Fuß erreichen.

Near Niendorf Baltic Sea, Brodtener Steilufer Cozy, very bright 3-room apartment with large roof terrace and beach chair with wide views over the fields 1.2 km to the beach, footpath about 15 minutes, bike less than 5 minutes. In a secluded location Parking, Wi-Fi and laundry included. The apartment is not barrier-free. The stairs to the apartment are quite steep.

Nice quiet apartment for 2 people (non-smokers only). Kitchen very well equipped. Public Wi-Fi. Balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea. Sauna Fri-Sun can be used at certain times. Spa area closed in Nov. for approx. 2 weeks. Private parking at the house. Bicycle cellar. No animals allowed.

Our small apartment is centrally located and directly on the Timmendorfer Kurpark. The apartment with loggia can accommodate 2 people and was completely renovated and furnished in 2022. It offers free parking right by the house. To the beach and the center it is only a 10-minute walk.
