An all-round lovingly renovated idyll on the Baltic Sea in a large natural garden. A real dream property - very quiet and yet only 100 meters from the village square in Warnsdorf. Pure country air and sea air around the corner: Five minutes' drive from the beach in Travemünde and the lovely fishing port in Niendorf. 15 minutes to Timmendorfer Strand - a small but fine unique place for nature lovers. Ideal for couples with two (or three small) children. Of course, dogs are also welcome.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our vacation farm on Lake Hemmelsdorf is a nearly 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Lake Hemmelsdorf not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The apartment 4 on the garden side can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.

We offer relaxing vacations in Timmendorfer Strand. The apartment is located in the Groß Timmendorf district, 3 km from the beach. A restaurant, playground and bus stops are within walking distance. The train station is 1 km away. The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed and dining area as well as a light-flooded bathroom. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

The beach chair and lakeside terrace are available exclusively for you. You can reach the Baltic Sea and Lübeck in just 10–15 minutes by car. Hiking and biking trails start right outside the front door – ideal for active days, relaxed moments and unforgettable moments in nature.

Our apartment was only completed in 2018 and offers enough space for six people. The apartment is equipped with three bedrooms, each with sleeping facilities for two people, a large living area with kitchen, a cozy couch corner with lake views and a bathroom with shower. Our terrace with barbecue facilities, a ping-pong table, a swing, a swimming area with rowboat, as well as a chicken coop offer fun for young and old.

Cozy, small Apartment for two

As part of a two-family house, this apartment is small but cozy. Its 35 square meters include a kitchen-living room, a separate bedroom, and a spacious shower. The sofa bed makes it possible for three people to stay here, but we recommend only two guests. There is a free parking space on the property, and the wall box for charging electric cars can also be used for a fee. Beds are freshly made and towels are provided.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
