Our apartment on the second floor has two advantages due to its south-west orientation: on the one hand, the greatest possible enjoyment of the sun and on the other hand, the quiet location facing away from the street. The apartment complex with sauna is located in the first row 50 m from the beach, exactly between the districts of Kühlungsborn-Ost and Kühlungsborn-West. At the back, after about 50 m, the city forest begins, which invites you to relaxing hikes. A sauna is also available in the house after registration.

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.

The WestSide Arthotel, which was completely renovated in 2020, is located at this traditional location in Kühlungsborn West, only about 200 meters from the beach. The cottage is only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Our holiday home in the countryside with a size of 30 m² and a direct view of the wide landscape, consists of a combined living/ bedroom , equipped with a double bed, a two-seater (sofa), an armchair and table, a annex, a wardrobe as well as internet/Wi-Fi, TV and radio. The mini kitchen contains a gas hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery & cutlery, etc.

Kägsdorf beach 1

House with garden, beach approx. 1400m - walk 15 min or cycle 4 min. 8 km wild beach between Kühlungsborn (3km) and Rerik (5km). Kägsdorf is a dreamy village between fields and forest. There are bicycles and a cart for kids available. Bookings July and August 5 days minimum! Please check the rules for bed linen and towels (bring your own or additional costs). New: tourist tax 1 €/day and person.
