The apartment complex with sauna is located in the first row 50 m from the beach, exactly between the districts of Kühlungsborn-Ost and Kühlungsborn-West. At the back, after about 50 m, the city forest begins, which invites you to relaxing hikes. A sauna is also available in the house after registration.

For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Our holiday home in the countryside with a size of 30 m² and a direct view of the wide landscape, consists of a combined living/ bedroom , equipped with a double bed, a two-seater (sofa), an armchair and table, a annex, a wardrobe as well as internet/Wi-Fi, TV and radio. The mini kitchen contains a gas hob, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery & cutlery, etc.
