Waterfront vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta

El alojamiento estaba en una zona cerca de todo, tenía muy cerca la playa, antros y lugares para comer. Todo fué muy ameno.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was a nice mix of city and beach and bay ocean views. The condo was clean and uncluttered. The pool was fantastic. This is an area that is in the process of either being restored or developed. So when you enter the condo from the street you enter on a dirt road, which is kind of funny, then you arrive at this beautiful new condo. We felt very safe walking up and down the street but just be aware it looks very undeveloped. Also another, very small thing, the shower controls are on backwards so if you feel like the water isn’t getting hot just switch it to the other side and wait a moment… this may have only been a bit confusing for us hahaha. We thought we didn’t have hot water and felt pretty dumb once we got it figured out.

Nice corner unit in the GV. You get both the city & ocean view. Highly recommend.

David’s place is absolutely stunning! The property is in a great location with easy access along the beach to Zona Romantica , the Malecon and restaurants. If you decide to take uber instead, it’s a quick 5 minute ride and cost $2-$3 into town. It was nice to have a restaurant next to the pool which we found very reasonable and the food is very good. The property is a paradise and in the evening you’ll fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves crashing onto the rocks. I will definitely be coming back and make reservations to stay at David’s home at Sayan Tropical.

The view of the ocean was a restorative sight. It was just what I needed. Beautiful place, beautiful views, friendly people and tasty food. Definitely will be returning soon! Thank you, Victor!

We have traveled all over the world and this unit in the El Dorado is absolutely our most favorite!!! When people say location, location, location - this place has it in every single way. From the beach, to the pool, to the restaurants, to the stores, to the streets, to views, it is truly Paradise on Earth!!! We stayed an entire week and wish we had been able to stay the whole month, it felt like home from the minute we walked in and everyone that works in the building is absolutely fantastic, especially our very sweet daily maid who kept the entire place crystal clean. The weather was quite warm during the last week of May, but we learned to open the glass doors overlooking the pool and open the unit door with the metal screen door locked and it created the most incredible cross-breeze so it felt like we were sitting on the beach while inside relaxing in the "shade" - and at night while sleeping we used the mini split air units which were divine! Truly Best Stay EVER!!!

Condo was perfect! Great views! Everything was close by and very safe! Complimentary breakfast was a great plus!

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Everything was as described, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Had a wonderful time staying at Lourdes’ property. She was a great host, super responsive to all our questions and proactively shared recommendations for people to reach out to, places to eat/explore, and things to do. Would recommend.

Dès notre arrivée, Monica nous a accueillis comme si nous étions de sa famille! Elle nous a montré qu’elle était très heureuse de nous voir! Monica est exceptionnelle, attentive à tout ce que nous demandons, elle ne s’impose pas. Elle s’assure que nous ne manquons de rien! Elle nous tient au courant de toute situation qui se passe dans le quartier. La maison était impeccable, très propre, accueillante, et on s’y sent en sécurité. Les voisins sont très gentils, la maison est très bien située, à quelques pas du marché, des restaurants, des taquerias. Le Walmart est à 8 minutes à pied, tout est très proche, tout se fait à pied. Monica donne des conseils sur sa ville, les endroits et restos où aller, etc. Sans hésiter, nous retournerons dans cette maison! Nous sommes partis tristes après un séjour 2 mois de février à avril, mais nous avons bien l’intention d’y retourner! Notre meilleur séjour de longue durée à date dans cette magnifique ville! Je recommande la maison et surtout l’hôte!

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

Lugar tranquilo, limpio y con todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodo como en casa, fácil acceso a zona turística, playas.

Excelente lugar. Muy cerca de todo pero en una zona bastante tranquila. Horario flexible de llegada y salida y lo mejor es que aceptan mascotas.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Martha’s place! She is a great host—very kind and responsive. The home was beautiful, extremely clean, and in excellent condition. It had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. The location was perfect—close to everything and in a safe, quiet neighborhood that’s great for walking. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely come back. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay. The place was beautiful. The air conditioning worked very well. In fact I had to turn it off and the place stayed very cool without it on. The location was perfect. I would gladly stay again.

What made this place great was the services offered by the building, and the friendliness of the staff. It was very comparable to a hotel. The place itself was beautiful, with a great view of the ocean. I would have liked to seen a few more amenities included for the price paid, as what was provided was of low-quality (e.g. bulk shampoo/soap). We did enjoy the trip though.

Super great place and hosts! The place was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. Loved that it was gated, made us feel safe and right on the beach was a plus! The pools were super nice as well. Overall, super worth the stay and we enjoyed our time here. Definitely recommend Omar’s place. 🙂

Un departamento increíble, le vista es preciosa y es muy cómodo, me llamo la atención la seguridad que tienen en el área de albercas e ingreso a la playa, realmente me sentí cómoda ya que fui de viaje con mi mejor amiga y nuestros hijos. está completamente equipado y céntrico. Me sentí en casa.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días de tranquilidad en Puerto Vallarta. El condo es muy agradable, con vista y acceso a una playa muy tranquila que prácticamente solo se comparte con el resort de a lado (donde por cierto también se portaron muy amables con nosotros cuando fuimos por recomendación de los hosts). A mi familia le encantó. Jessica y Jeremy tenían disponible todo lo necesario y más para los huéspedes, incluso pensando en familias con niños pequeños, y la comunicación con ellos fue rápida y muy amable en todo momento. Sin duda regresaríamos.

Alfonso’s unit was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. We enjoyed the outdoor pool areas and the beach and enjoyed being on the ground floor and having easy access. We also enjoyed the patio attached to the unit, which felt very private. Alfonso was a very responsive and proactive host, and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. There is some hallway noise from being on the first floor. We had a great stay and I would recommend this bnb to anyone. :)

the space itself is great! it’s a literal minute walk from the beach and there are chairs and umbrellas to borrow. there’s a grocery store, convenience store, and restaurants nearby. ian was a lovely host and had helpful recommendations.
