House vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta

I stayed with my wife and enjoyed the space. The pool was a bit cool on day 1 and the guy came the next morning to warm up the pool for us. The place was clean and it was easy to walk to the marina and enjoy the many restaurants. The AC worked great and having the full wall move to open the kitchen to that backyard was a great touch, we loved our morning coffee and the ease to spend the days in the house. The bed was comfortable, the hot water was great and the water pressure was nice. Having the 3 bathrooms worked well. The daily groundskeeper was good to chat with and explained the yard and garbage.

Had a wonderful time staying at Lourdes’ property. She was a great host, super responsive to all our questions and proactively shared recommendations for people to reach out to, places to eat/explore, and things to do. Would recommend.

Absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Casa Rosa! It was the perfect spot to unwind, with stunning views and beautiful weather. The home looks exactly like the photos—if not better—and had everything we needed. Just a short, easy ride to great local restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again!

Everything is in very good condition, a very nice place

My husband, myself and our 3 kids had a WONDERFUL time at Cesar’s place! The setup was perfect, and I cant express enough how beautiful the views were from the back patio. The property is a 3 minute walk to the Faro Grill which offers an incredible view and great food. We spent most of our days going back and forth between the pool and the practically private beach that is directly behind the property. The security guard to the neighborhood helped us feel safe, and Cesar was extremely responsive and often checked in. I would recommend this to families, couples or anyone looking for a peaceful vacation, and it is close enough to Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta if you want to experience those places as well. The house was really dope. The pool is amazing. The deck on top in the morning and late at night is definitely the spot for Mountain View’s. The house was real big and comfortable. Big kitchen to cook in and lots of patio space. It’s close to a lot of really good restaurants. Also there was a dude selling goat milk around the corner. Definitely check it out. There is a restaurant nearby called “tintuque” highly recommend it. The area was very walkable and close to everything. There was a weird smell coming from The showers, They came and took care of that real quick, so shout out Adrian 💪🏽. Just a heads up there is lots of roosters in the morning. It wasn’t that big of a problem but it did wake me up so it should be noted. The host was very responsive and helpful they even were able to get me in early to the air b n b. So that’s always amazing. The tree the iguanas sit on across the street is pretty cool. All In all I had a great time there, it’s worth the check out.

The place is just perfect The only detail that I personally see is that it is a bit far from the "main" beaches (IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR OWN CAR, AND YOU DO NOT WANT UBER). Apart from all that, it is simply a perfect accommodation and I would definitely stay there again. It is also larger than what you see in the photos, the air conditioning is very good, the privacy between the rooms and the bathrooms is good, the pool is a very good and comfortable size, and it apparently has its own heating. The kitchen is better equipped than many things in Mexico City. The decorations and in general the architecture is very good. The armchairs and of course the beds are very comfortable to sleep and stay in, the screens are also of suitable sizes I, in particular, for cases where there is no transportation and to avoid using Uber or similar, would add a bicycle to be able to quickly go for small things to nearby stores But... 10/10 🫶🏻

Our stay was excellent! The house was huge, and we especially loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The main spaces were great for a large group and the pool was really nice! There’s also a beach club within walking distance that had good food, but it was a little pricier than going into town. It’s a gated community, so it felt safe and secure. Lina responded to us right away, if we ever had questions about anything! Highly recommend, if you have a big group and don’t want to pay hotel prices, but still want to have a luxury stay!

This place is adorable with its Mexican design and accents! The patio, garden area is beautiful and a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The unit has a real kitchen with a full size refrigerator and all accessories needed for cooking meals at home. The location can't be beat! The casita is in an authentic Mexican neighborhood with beach, restaurants and shops all within walking distances. Grocery stores, the Melecon and Zona Romantica tourist areas are a short ride in a taxi or Uber. Casa Chulu is a great choice for your Puerto Vallarta vacation getaway!

We loved this place. Outdoor patio with heated private pool and jacuzzi were our favorite. Kids had a blast. Views are breathtaking. Everything is very well though through, decorated and welcoming to relax and unwind. Karen was quick to reply and made our stay hassle free. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Beautiful, spacious home up the hill from Zona Romantica. It was the perfect set up for a group of friends celebrating a birthday. Cristina was extremely kind and responsive to all of our needs. Only thing to be aware of is when arriving at the home not to take Argentina street, as the hill to the left of the home is much more difficult to navigate than to the right (using Google Maps over Apple Maps helped us). Otherwise we had no problems at all and would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

Great place. Very close to everything but in a pretty quiet area. Flexible check-in and check-out times, and the best part is that they accept pets.

Our group had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casey’s and Chris’ Airbnb! The place was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The attention to detail was impressive, from the cozy linens to the thoughtful amenities and the beautiful house desing. The neighborhood was quiet yet conveniently located near great local spots. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. You can tell Casey genuinely care about their guests’ experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

Beautiful and spacious house. We loved that each room had its own bathroom. The pool was a plus with the hot weather from Puerto Vallarta. Plenty of space to sleep. We really enjoyed the sofa bed to watch movies at night. We felt very comfortable. We appreciated the flexible check in and check out. Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Beautiful spacious home in a private neighborhood. It is only a 20 minute walk or 3 minute car ride from a beautiful beach with calm waves. We loved it and hope to come back. Highly recommend.

This place was honestly a steal! Supper beautiful and was able to accommodate my group. There’s so much space you can barely hear what others are doing. There’s hill up is steep however for us it didn’t matter because we love to walk and the Ubers were cheap. Host was responsive to every request and I can’t wait to book again this may be a main stay for us annually. 5 stars would recommend every time!

We stayed at this listing for my bachelor party and it has plenty of space for the 10 people in our party, stores were close and a ton of Ubers are always nearby to get you anywhere in puerto Vallarta. House was very clean and Alan was very responsive to every question/issue i had and even accommodated the booking last minute due to a mistake i made at booking. Definitely recommend!

Everything was great on our stay. Even though it´s a duplex and there were other guests at the same time, it felt all really private, and we really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and organized and it had everything we needed as we never left during the weekend. Kayla and Roy were available all the time and were very helpful and flexible. We would love to come back any time.

We chose Hacienda Tropical as our place to stay for my sister's bachelorette party and it did not disappoint! Luis was always communicative upon confirming our reservation. He would reach out to check in and ensure that we were clear on instructions for arrival or ask if we need anything. While there, he provided several food recommendations, excursion ideas and points of contacts. He shared best transportation options for getting around Puerto Vallarta. My family and friends were simply impressed with Luis response time. He was almost always available to answer our questions. We definitely felt comfortable, and at home while staying at Hacienda Tropical. I was all about the incredible sound system they have going on! I always pack my speaker to play music, however I did not need to use it during this trip. The speakers inside the house were THE BEST!! You will not regret staying here. In total we were 8 females and all had somewhere to sleep comfortably. Thank you Luis & Mark!

Great spot for the 8 of us to enjoy a girls long weekend, lots of bathrooms, room to spread out, perfect pool temperature. The location was full of interesting restaurants from tacos (Machuk2, Arturo) to wonderful ceviche (Tuna Azul). Host was flexible, friendly and responsive.

Great Place! Walking Distance to Shops and Marina. Pool was nice for hot days!
