San Miguel de Allende house rentals

The apartment is excellent. Well located and quiet. Mary is very kind and always available. It has a beautiful and comfortable rooftop terrace with very nice furniture. I highly recommend it and I'll be back!

Maria’s place was the perfect spot for our last 4 days. Maria is a wonderful host and has a lovely setting right in the Historic area. Our studio was perfect for us. It is set back from the street so you didn’t hear street noise. The rooftop terrace is a lovely setting to enjoy the views (take beautiful fotos), sounds of the church bells, read a book etc.. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time staying at Rocio and Alberto’s home in Mexico, easily a 10/10 experience! The house was spotless, cozy, and in the perfect location; everything we needed was within walking distance, from restaurants and bars to shops and cultural sites. Rocio and Alberto were incredible hosts; very warm, and responsive. One night, after a little too much fun, we accidentally left the key in our friend's car. To make matters worse, my phone died so I couldn’t even call him back, thankfully, I was able to download the app on my fiancé’s phone and reach out to Rocio and Alberto. They came to let us in without hesitation, and we were so grateful for their kindness and patience. Thank you again for such a memorable stay. We’d absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Eli & Jospeh are lovely hosts. The Casita is exactly as advertised/pictured. I was greeted with a lovely plate of fresh fruit and chilled water. There were also plentiful coffee supplies for my stay, including creamer, which most hosts don't think about! There is a lovely information book in the casita giving you plenty of suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Having visited several of the recommended restaurants, they were spot on. As an avid reader, I quickly finished the book I had traveled with, and there was no shortage of reading material in the Casita. Joseph made a reservation for me for an onsite massage which took place in a private area on the property and was very, very good. Joseph and Eli were very attentive, checking in with me daily to insure I didn't have any questions or need anything. The property is very peaceful and serene, away from all the noise of Centro, but certainly walkable to and from Centro, as well as to restaurants and markets.

Great location- about a 7 minute walk to town center- very comfortable and big balcony- It was a great stay at the condo!

The Jewels are just that…absolute gems! We stayed in the Topaz Casita and had an amazing stay. Plenty of space, a gorgeous private terrace, and close to La Parocchia and Jardin Allende. Bebe and Vanessa are a formidable tag team and made the entire experience perfecto! They were communicative, responsive, and on Sunday went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend the Jewels for a Mexican getaway. We shall return!!

This room is perfectly located in San Miguel. It's a short walk to all of the attractions. Roberto is an extremely responsive host. When we had issues with the AC one night, he showed up instantly to help. The view from the rooftop is excellent. I definitely recommend this place for those traveling to San Miguel.

We just had a brief stay at Miri’s place, but it was a lovely apartment in a fantastic location, at a great price. Would highly recommend!

This home was beyond expectations. Everything was so gorgeous - beautiful art, antique furniture, incredible tile and stone work, gorgeous chandeliers. The house has some incredible outdoor spaces - wine on the rooftop in the evening is a must. We spent most of our time out of the house, exploring San Miguel de Allende, but we could have easily enjoyed ourselves just hanging out at the house. The breakfasts were also soooo tasty, and there’s a great Breville for yummy lattes and espressos. I would absolutely stay here again. An incredible experience.

Carla’s apartment is located in a beautiful, recently developed residential property called Quinta Tenerias in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. The apartment is very spacious, nicely decorated and clean with lots of amenities and a wonderful balcony. On the rooftop of Quinta Tenerias there are two terraces. One with a jacuzzi, and both with great views of San Miguel de Allende. Sharon, the manager of Quinta Tenerias, does a fantastic job running the property and was so helpful with a very late check-in. Henry, the concierge, was also so helpful with bookings and attentive to any needs. In short, this is simply a wonderful place to stay in a wonderful city!

Communication with the owners was a breeze and check-in simple. Chris was there to greet and walk us through things. On-site laundry is a plus. The shower hot water was a treat after daily walks and the bed is super comfortable. Although there is no air conditioning, the fans and open windows provided for a very comfortable visit and sleep. The accommodations are great and they even left behind fruits and essentials to make it all the more convenient (and the bottled water was much appreciated). The location is perfect with close proximity to city center with plenty of local sites, restaurants, bars, and shops. We especially loved the property roof-top area for lounging and be sure to check out the roof-top restaurants around town - incredible views. Check-out was just as simple. Thank you for permitting us to use your wonderful place.

Lovely house located right in the Centro. Very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the walled garden and rooftop views. Highly recommended.

Christina’s home was perfect for a trip to SMA. On top of it being a beautiful space she was very proactive in checking in and being available just in case something came up…. Which nothing came up as it was great! It’s a quick walk to the Mercado and the parroquia. It also was very private and quiet. The rooftop had the most amazing 360 view. Truly this spot is a gem.

We traveled with another couple and Hugo's place was perfect! Casa de Los Chiquiados has multiple units and we stayed in the "Topaz" unit which is a 2 bedroom unit and it's perfect for 2 couples because it's spacious and each couple has their own restroom and it feels as if you were in your own unit. It has a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable seating area. The entire complex has a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The entire unit is very beautifully decorated with lots of Mexican art. The beds are very comfortable and the entire unit is spotless. You will not see a speck of dust. If you need any clean towels or would like your bed changed while you are there, Rosa who has worked there for over 10 years is always around to help. They have a beautiful terrace that is shared with the other guests but we never saw anyone else up there. Hugo's place is at a walkable distance to the main plaza but yet far enough from the noise of the main plaza. We will definitely be coming back!
