As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

Jungle Bungalow is a charming . stone and brick house, large patio, close the beach, stores, restaurants, spacious patio with outdoor grill overlooks a lush gated garden with bananas and papaya trees. Just outside the gate is the beautiful natural Horcones River. It has one queen and one double bed, one accessed by a ladder that folds out from the wall. Decorated beautifully and tastefully it has a fully equipped kitchen, AC, overhead fans, and access to a laundry room. Reverberates with charm.

The main space of the open floor plan over looks the bay of Yelapa, where you can relax in the hammocke and enjoy the breeze of the ocean. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, gas range, microwave, coffee maker and cookware.

Esta es una Tiny house muy acogedora, con todo lo necesario para cortas o largas estancia ya que esta totalmente equipada y es independiente, Su vista al pueblo, bahia y montana te dan paz y tranquilidad, su interior es tan acogedor que te sentiras que te atrapa y no querras salir, solo descansar aqui. El area total en donde se ubica son 1,600 metros de naturaleza tropical, arboles frutales y una sin fin varierad de aves. Las noches estrelladas seran las mas bonitas que hayas visto.

Spacious studio, with the best view of the bay, relaxing and natural atmosphere, located in a quiet community just 5 minutes from the most beautiful beaches such as Mismaloya, Palmares, Las Gemelas, Colomitos, Quimixto, Yelapa Las Animas etc. Truck route passes in front of the house to go to any point of Vallarta, large kitchen with cold, ac. air and fan, a small closet, cooler, umbrellas and kayak, if you like fishing you can fish from the shore on the beach just below the studio.

Casa frente al mar en el sur de Puerto Vallarta. A solo 2 kms de los famosos arcos de Mismaloya y a 500 metros de el poblado de boca de Tomatlán con restaurantes en la playa, tiendas de conveniencia y el inigualable camino a Quimixto y a las playas que solo son accesibles por embarcación. Durante el invierno de noviembre a marzo se pueden observar las ballenas desde la terraza de la propiedad.
