We had a lovely six week stay at Diane's place.

The place is brand new, good location at walking distance from the beach and village, very clean. Minor: front door locks need changing; water pressure in the kitchen was very low. I suggest adding a drinkable water jug.

Wonderful experience staying at the house. Gated area, parking for a car, swimming pool. The house is decorated in a marine theme, very cozy. A large number of towels, kitchen utensils. Water delivery and garbage disposal are arranged.

Excellent, a super cozy place, 100%, impeccable facilities and with everything available to spend a few days with the family. We will definitely be back here. Thank you!

Terrie is a great host. She's very responsive, helpful and cares about her guests experiences being positive. The house is clean, having all the amenities one would need and it feels like a home rather than something just pieced together to make some quick rental income. There is a property management company on site and available in this safe, gated housing complex. You are only a 10 min walk to the beach, with access to pretty much anything you'd need for an enjoyable vacation. I would certainly without hesitation, rent with Terrie again!

This house is incredibly spacious. The house is centralized and close to everything. It's a great place to host multiple people. The eastern view the forest is enchanting. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the resort areas. Plenty of great local food nearby.

The facilities are impeccable, it has all the comforts and we really felt our stay as if we were at home... I really appreciate Victor's attention who was always attentive. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back with him when possible… Thank you!!!

This is a lovely home on the El Tigre golf course that has option for Club membership via Playa Royal for beach and sports access on stays of 14 days or longer. There is a shuttle from the golf club (closest) but with small kids we rented a golf cart that made transportation easy and flexible. There were three bikes which we used every day to ride to the club and beach. The casa is modern and well appointed with a small private pools but there is another large pool 50 m away and adjacent to that a shallow splash pool that the little kids really enjoyed. The staff on the property (security) and those at Playa Royal were top class. The food and service at the beach club was excellent. The owners communicated promptly and were kind enough to let us stay a few hours past normal checkout time before our flight. Paty, who cleaned the casa on our arrival and once more during our stay was lovely and very helpful. I highly recommend this home.

Our stay at Adriana's place was positive overall. Hector, the co-host was very responsive, promptly providing missing items during our check-in with Esther's assistance. The town home comfortably accommodated our group of 5 people and offered great amenities including air conditioning on each room and a swimming pool. The location has pros and cons. While conveniently close to the airport, there is a challenging intersection nearby that lacks proper lighting and traffic signs. We also experienced persistent sewage odors from the street, particularly at night, though this was beyond the host's control. Also, the gates to park our car were a little tricky to open. On the positive side, the area felt secure with good security measures in place. I would recommend this property for its responsive host, comfortable space, and airport proximity. Future guests should consider the street odor issue in their planning.

We were happy about the place. It was clean and close to the ocean. Had some great amenities. Wish we understood Spanish a little more but that’s an us problem. I never received check out instructions so we just cleaned up the best that we could. We had a very relaxing week. Thank you.

Located in an exclusive area, with the security that provides being in a private! The pool area with cleanliness and order! Very close to beach areas and convenience stores! The place meets expectations for a good family trip:)

We stayed at Miguel's condo from January 20- Feb.11. The condo is located in a gated community and the security was excellent. The location to the downtown area and amenities was an easy 10-minute walk, which we enjoyed daily. The unit itself was well equipped and was as described in the listing. The host reached out to us regularly to ensure we had all essentials and did deliver more supplies when needed - special mention to Dinah. We were having trouble location fire-starting fluid for the BBQ. and she went and found some and delivered it back to us! - Thank you, Dinah! We enjoyed spending mornings and evenings on the back deck - it was very peaceful, private and quiet. Overall, we were VERY happy with the unit, location and the attentiveness of our hosts. Samantha, the administrator of the villa, was quick to respond to all our requests and questions. She is a very jovial and friendly person. Access to the beach only a 10 minute walk from the villa was appreciated, however, the amenities (restaurant, pool, bar) were not due to the reconstruction of the space. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning in all the rooms worked great. Some utensils and cauldrons would be worth a change. Very nice stay!

The house is very spacious and nice. Everything was tidy, it has almost everything you need for cooking. The living room and kitchen are perfect to promote coexistence and have a good time with the family. The subdivision is very quiet and the pool was at an excellent temperature. Although it is shared, it practically touched us that I was practically alone. The location is great as it's minutes from the beach. There's also many restaurants and shops nearby. Devyn was always very nice and attentive to my stay. I would definitely go back with my family to have a vacation!

Great place for a family. We stayed for almost a month in Gustavo's house and from a few days before arriving Mrs. Rosalba communicated with us,always very attentive and always in communication, answering all our doubts,the house was very clean, it has all the comforts to be quiet,such as TV's, refrigerator, fans,air conditioning, except washing machine but it does not matter because some streets later there is a laundry,the house is inside a section with surveillance so the fractionation is very quiet and the neighbors are always very friendly and friendly, one street is the truck stop that takes you to the center of Puerto Vallarta. I must say it was a wonderful stay,highly recommended.

Perla and Luis were awesome hosts. The location is great. The house was very clean and well stocked with household items. It was nice that there was also beach chairs and towels. I wish the water pressure was better. I would stay there again.
