We just had the best vacation at Enrique’s condo. We had a big group and there was so much space for everyone to spread out and have privacy. The pools and beach areas were gorgeous and we practically had it to ourselves every day. We did day trips to La Cruz, Punta Mita, and Sayulita which were all very close. We highly recommend having Juanita shop and cook for you! She’s absolutely wonderful and we felt spoiled by her. Everything she made was delicious! If you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation, this is the place. We would love to come back!

This was our second time staying at Mayra's place. This unit is very clean and has a wonderful view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again!

We are frequent guests at the Grand Venetian. We felt right at home from when we arrived. The apartment was perfect. Minutes after arriving we watched a baby whale and its mama from the ocean balcony. We saw many whales from the balcony. The view of the mountains from the second balcony is very beautiful. The breeze flowing through the apartment with both balcony doors open was refreshing. We walked the beach, that is steps away, Walmart delivered an order to the condo, we ate most dinners at the on site restaurant (really good food and drinks). After witnessing spectacular sunsets, we watched movies on Netflix. The condo is fully equipped. The automatic room darkening shade is very nice. There were fireworks on Saturday night on the beach, which happened to be my birthday, that was really cool! The loud club has gotten quieter and shuts down earlier. We had no issues with noise. We’d book again in the future. Evelyn is very responsive, I highly recommend booking with her.

wonderful condo unit this was perfect for 2 people but could sleep more, with lots of amenities. the pool area and restaurant were amazing . the prices were very reasonable and the staff were very friendly and always there for your needs... we would most definitely stay again!!

The place is a bit old but it feels well maintained and very clean. The amenities and service are almost like a hotel, although it does not have the hotel's cleaning and linen change service. The common areas are excellent, the pool is around 1500m2 and there is a garden for children to run. Good beach access too. Your kitchen is well equipped. Overall, it's a recommended place to take the family on vacation. Thank you.

The place is very good, it has many restaurants where you can eat very rich food, a shopping center nearby with everything you need, a very good private beach to get into the sea and quite spacious temperate pools. The room is most comfortable and functional. The host is very attentive to your arrival and detailed to provide instructions.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the publication. Very cozy and in a very quiet area. Mr. Salvador was very kind and attentive to all concerns, both he and his son were attentive. When I return, I will definitely look to stay with them :)

This place is very nice and the view is amazing. We have stayed there several times and we are thinking of going back in December. The host and the on-site personal are always there for you. I highly recommend this place.

This was the second time staying here and will continue to recommend. The location is right on the beach in the same area as pretty much all high end hotels on the same strip. Manuel was on top of things and always responsive. Secure area and parking with 24/7 security.

We had a great stay at Casa Licha! The location is perfect — walkable to the Malecón and about 10 minutes to the Zona Romántica. The building felt safe and quiet, with only a couple of other units. (you have a pin for the downstairs street access and another pin for your unit). The rooftop terrace was a highlight, with stunning views of the ocean, basilica, and mountains — it felt very private even though it’s shared. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with essentials (soaps, towels, utensils, etc.). A/C worked well, and the hot water was great once we turned on the heater. There’s filtered water at the kitchen sink, though we preferred buying large jugs from the OXXO downstairs as we preferred the taste. It fit our group of 3 comfortably with 4 beds (2 queens, 2 twins). Alicia was responsive, flexible, and super helpful. The price is very fair for the location and quality (especially with the awesome terrace views). Highly recommend!

Only the pool had too much chlorine. I know it's not from the person who rents the apartment but from the building maintenance workers, but even the skin was burning 🤣

We were visiting Puerto Vallarta and stayed at Bertha's place, the place is located within a subdivision which makes it very safe. Outside there is a supermarket and shops which makes it very convenient to go out and buy things, since it is a few minutes walk. The accommodation is very comfortable, it is very nice and has all the necessary services, it is as shown in the photos. Bertha was always attentive and her response was very quick. I definitely recommend staying at their place :)

Alejandro is a 10/10 host. He's super attentive, super friendly and kind. The apartment itself is very nice and he has it impeccably decorated! The atmosphere is very quiet, perfect for resting, the beds are ufff 👌🏻 and if I had to return, I would definitely stay here again. He also gave us recommendations for very good places and food!! Our stay was truly amazing! We have stayed in La Cruz before but this condo exceeded all our expectations. The private pool was great for our toddler who is learning to swim. The views were amazing. The Marina is beautiful to wake up to and also watch the sunset. The Sunday market was great!! Lots of walkable restaurants. Edwin’s communication is 10/10. Super friendly and responsive. Overall would highly recommend. Will definitely be rebooking in the future. Thank you Edwin!

Third time here and I will always return. such a great apartment close to everything, it includes umbrella and chairs for the beach. towels and so much more. truly a hidden gem! you won't regret booking this gem!

Very nice place and good service

Good place in a great neighborhood. The host is excellent, responsive, communicative, and extremely kind.

We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book more time at Maria's place. The location is a bit out of the way and we appreciated having a car to get around Puerta Vallarta, but if you like to walk you can get whereever you need to go. There is a convenient store, OXXO right around the corner and many little Taco Stands and other places to eat within a short walk of the place. Maria was always responsive and helpful when we had any issues. A great visit and highly recommend.

I loved the place, very comfortable and safe!

Fantastic place quiet Mexican neighborhood. Great view with great internet even on roof. No noise after 10 PM. Wonderful butchers and grocers within a block. 10 restaurants within 2 blocks. Highly recommend this place if you want privacy away from tourist area. Great bus service, bus to town every 5 minutes. Only down side is furniture is old but plenty good for a rental.

Excellent host, always attentive and very flexible with check-in and check-out... he allowed me to arrive at 12:30 and leave at 5:00 pm at no extra cost... highly recommended

Super nice and helpful at all times! A super quiet place, always friendly, the truth is that the place is a little small, for 2 people it's fine, it was quite well equipped, in relation to the price it's acceptable.
