Apartment vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta

We loved staying at Cesar’s place in Puerto Vallarta. The views from the terrace were spectacular, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the whole place was nicely decorated. We appreciated having AC in the bedrooms and the dark curtains helped us sleep really well. We weren’t sure if it would be noisy at night due to the location, but it turned out to be just far enough up the hill to be totally fine for us. It was also fun to be able to see the top of the Danza de los Voladores from the terrace (did I mention the view?) and there were some great cafes and restaurants within just a couple blocks. Would stay here again!

The place was great. The perfect location for walking to all the best spots, just be prepared for the stairs. Lots of stairs! We pack light so it was ok for us. We had a great time and definitely plan to return.

Christine’s place was amazing. Beautiful and clean and the views were unmatched. I’d highly recommend this space.

Everything was perfect, always attentive and responded very quickly, the place is definitely spectacular for a very pleasant stay! A plus is that they have chairs and a beach umbrella, which were very helpful! I would definitely come back and recommend it without thinking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thierry's place was fantastic and looked exactly as pictured. The pool is stunning and the neighborhood is convenient, a few blocks from the beach and lots of good restaurants, bars, etc. There was moderate construction noise which was not ideal but other than that it was perfect. Thanks to Sergio for being so friendly and helpful whenever we needed him. I would definitely book this place again the next time I'm in Puerto Vallarta.

Well-worth the stay. If you’re looking for a secure, private, comfortable stay, then look no further. Communication was 10/10 as was the check-in process. The building staffs lovely individuals at the front desk who greet you upon entry. It is a spacious unit that comfortably houses 1-3 guests. I traveled solo and enjoyed how much excess space there was. Right outside of the building are excellent taquerias — I recommend Taqueria El Moreno. I particularly love that this property has strongest guest policies so that there is not additional noise or parties (read: if you are looking to have guests come in/out, this may not be the listing for you). Will definitely be booking upon return travels to PV.

What a beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed place to call home for 10 days! Michelle was very responsive to all my questions, especially as with regards to internet service, since I had to work during most of my time there. The views are breathtaking, as others have pointed out. The pool area is probably the best I've seen in PV, comparable to Pinnacle's or Pier57's. Highly recommend this unit for a short-term or long-term stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was a nice mix of city and beach and bay ocean views. The condo was clean and uncluttered. The pool was fantastic. This is an area that is in the process of either being restored or developed. So when you enter the condo from the street you enter on a dirt road, which is kind of funny, then you arrive at this beautiful new condo. We felt very safe walking up and down the street but just be aware it looks very undeveloped. Also another, very small thing, the shower controls are on backwards so if you feel like the water isn’t getting hot just switch it to the other side and wait a moment… this may have only been a bit confusing for us hahaha. We thought we didn’t have hot water and felt pretty dumb once we got it figured out.

Christine is a perfect host. Super friendly and always incredibly responsive. The condo, as well as the complex, is beautiful just like the photos. Very comfortable and an amazing view from the 24th floor. It's just steps to the beautiful pool area and the beach. The concierge was super helpful and friendly as was the rest of the staff and Christine's local assistant / cleaner. I found the area really convenient, there's a convenience store right next door and a mall and supermarket within about a 10 min walk (or you could always take an Uber). Highly recommended and I'd love to stay again. Thanks Christine!

The accommodation was beautiful, with the best ocean view, access to the facilities, the apartment was very clean and luxurious, I would definitely stay here again!!!

The accommodation is very nice, the area is spectacular, they were very attentive and empathetic, the terrace is very nice, the room is just like the photos, the decor is fresh and very tasteful, I hope to return soon.

David’s place is absolutely stunning! The property is in a great location with easy access along the beach to Zona Romantica , the Malecon and restaurants. If you decide to take uber instead, it’s a quick 5 minute ride and cost $2-$3 into town. It was nice to have a restaurant next to the pool which we found very reasonable and the food is very good. The property is a paradise and in the evening you’ll fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves crashing onto the rocks. I will definitely be coming back and make reservations to stay at David’s home at Sayan Tropical.

It's nice, just go in a quiet and family way since there are many rules to use the pool and the noise

Great little apartment and in a very central location

Great place, very clean space and complete to feel right at home. Water pressure was just like home with plenty of towels. The facilities included like the gym, the pool and hot tub with spa were a nice addition. You can catch very nice sunsets right from the infinity pool at the top, also you can see the big cruise boats coming to port. There is a big food store near-by Chedaui which is within walking distance. Also, there is an Oxo right across the building. There is a public beach entrance near-by, we were very happy with our stay in this condo. The only thing that was a little compromised was the beds were a little bit smaller than we were used to, other than that everything else was great. We definitely will stay again in this property next time we are in Puerto Vallarta.

The apartment is beautiful and centrally located in Zona Romantica, within easy walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. The hosts were great and were very accommodating of our requests. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

It has a beautiful view, the apartment is very nice and the best thing is that it is CLOSE to everything, we were about 10 minutes by car from the esplanade, I definitely recommend the place 100%!

Everything was excellent except that the elevator didn't work and it was very difficult to take the stroller up 5 floors.

We had a great stay at this condo. The space is well equiped and well designed, with a sliding wall that creates a second bedroom when needed. The location is quiet and very walkable, with plenty of restaurants nearby ranging from casual local spots to more upscale dining. It's also close to La Comer and the bus stop to the Centro area, which was convenient. Having an additional key or a keyless entry option would have been a small convenience for us, but using the lockbox worked just fine. Communication with the host was smooth, and the front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was a highlight—offering beautiful views and stunning sunsets, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay—we’d be happy to return.

Gorgeous home! The view is just amazing & peaceful. Its a very short walk to two beaches. You could also walk down the boardwalk & find some restaurants along the way. Theres an Oxxo right next door stocked with basic necessities. The home has a very stocked kitchen with everything you’d need to cook some meals there. The pool is really clean & there was no one using it while we were there. Made it feel very private. If you want to go into town its a very short cheap ride. We hope to stay in this gorgeous home again.
