Everything was very clean. Host was friendly. And the location was perfect. Close to lots of restaurants and great for a great get away.

Christine is a perfect host. Super friendly and always incredibly responsive. The condo, as well as the complex, is beautiful just like the photos. Very comfortable and an amazing view from the 24th floor. It's just steps to the beautiful pool area and the beach. The concierge was super helpful and friendly as was the rest of the staff and Christine's local assistant / cleaner. I found the area really convenient, there's a convenience store right next door and a mall and supermarket within about a 10 min walk (or you could always take an Uber). Highly recommended and I'd love to stay again. Thanks Christine!

I had an amazing stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, I felt safe — the security was excellent and gave me a lot of peace of mind. The room itself looked even better than the photos — super clean, stylish, and very comfortable. You can tell the host takes good care of the space. The whole place had a great vibe, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just steps away, there were some of the best street vendors I’ve ever tried — delicious food, friendly people, and a lively atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great place. Definitely coming back. Some noise from the clubs, but that’s part of the excitement of being in the middle of the fun and awesome zone of the city. Brought my noise cancelling headphones when I needed some quiet and worked very well. Earplugs worked well too. Very clean. Well decorated. Nice to feel like being at home instead of a hotel. Very modern. Worth the price.

The location of Oscar's place is ideal and very walkable to markets, restaurants and the Malecon. The studio room was clean and comfortable. There was some noise from church bells and fireworks, but I slept with a sound machine and it helped. The housekeeper was friendly and helpful when I was checking in. The rooftop space was perfect for hanging out and the continental breakfast was a nice addition to my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!!

Fantastic place. The kitchen was very well equipped. The rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful with a great view. It’s a quiet and pleasant neighborhood with good restaurants nearby, and Ubers are very affordable, which makes it easy to get to other areas. I would come back here without hesitation.

Perfect place to stay in! Everything is 5 min to 10min walk away. Great views of the town and the beach! Can’t wait to come back!

Condo was exactly as described! Had everything we needed for the week. Beautiful sunsets and the grounds were very well maintained.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

Christopher’s place was exactly like the pictures. My family stayed there for a week and loved it. The host was very responsive, the beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Can’t say enough good things about Mike’s place. The unit is just as described - clean, spacious, and has everything you need. We had plenty of hot water, an abundance of towels, and the AC in the bedrooms got nice and cold. The location in Conchas Chinas is perfect - close enough to everything that you can walk to the restaurants, etc., within 15-20 minutes (or a quick Uber or taxi), but very peaceful and private-feeling. The rocky beaches are absolutely gorgeous. The Orchid condominium overall is extremely nice. Very friendly and attentive staff… our concierge, Nahim, was fantastic, very kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Honestly, it’s so peaceful and beautiful, you don’t even have to leave the condo to enjoy PV. My husband and I spent hours at the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar just sunbathing and watching the pelicans. The sunsets are ridiculously amazing, and the food at the restaurant is surprisingly good. Highly recommend, and our family definitely will return.

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

We stayed at the Buddha Loft over the holiday weekend and had an incredible experience. The place was spotless—super clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t have been better. It was incredibly convenient to walk to the beach, nearby restaurants, bars, and everything else we wanted to explore in Puerto Vallarta. The pool area was a definite highlight—peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for winding down after a day out. The hosts were also amazing. They were very helpful, courteous, and provided extremely detailed instructions that made check-in and navigating the area seamless. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and the effort put into making our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this place—we would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was just as pictured. The unit was very clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. The location is perfect. Located near restaurants , beach, and night life. The 2 pools were never crowded. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Oz was wonderful. He picked me up at the airport which made everything so easy. Location was excellent with restaurants and bars right out the door. Short walk to the bay. The place was very nicely decorated and well appointed with everything that you need. The balconies were a big plus. Noise was not a problem for me, but I was there during a slower time. I would definitely rent again!

We just returned from a week in Albert's beautiful home and are already looking at booking again! It is hard to describe how lovely the apartment is, how stunning the views are and how incredibly friendly everyone is who works in the building. It was a dream vacation from beginning to end. Albert is one of the kindest people and is wonderful at communication. We are so grateful to him for making us feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment was gorgeous and immaculate with everything you could possibly need. Every morning we couldn't wait to drink our morning smoothies on the deck while looking at the scenery and listening to the waves. The pools were perfect- it was hard for us to leave and explore PV because they were so fantastic. When we did wander, we would take a path from the pretty little sandy beach at the foot of the property to Los Muertos Beach and the Zona Romántica. This took 5 to 10 minutes. Thank you, Albert, for one of the best stays I have had in an Airbnb!

The hardest part was finding the office, maybe because it was a Sunday. The office is four doors up from the condo main entrance on the same side of the street. Everyone was super helpful and even watched my luggage until check-in and after check-out before my flight. Thank you team!
