Villa vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta

We had an absolutely magical stay at this gorgeous villa! Was a perfect fit for four couples, each with own master suite, master bath & private view balcony. This is outdoor living at its finest! Great indoor living room, kitchen and dining room, but we spent our time in outdoor living room taking in that gorgeous view of the ocean, watching whales go by, listening to music and enjoying chefs margaritas and salsa/chips! We stay every year at Villas and this was the best food we had ever had! The presentation was amazing & food was spectacular!! You could tell that the staff took huge pride in this! The staff worked hard to get the pool at the right temperature, get us anything we needed, go above and beyond to help us out, including late checkout, picking us up and taking us to the airport and on and on! The walk is maybe 10 minutes down to the beach. Steep 20 minutes back up. There is a restaurant below where you can pay $10 to sit at chairs on beach, order drinks and eat lunch!

Beautiful home with stunning ocean views. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. We didn’t walk the hill, as it was too hot, but it wasn’t an issue for us to call taxi or Uber. We took a day trip to Sayulita which was so fun and the restaurant at the botanical gardens is not to be missed. Do not hesitate booking this amazing home.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb for our bachelorette trip! Our group of 9 loved the house—it was beautiful, spacious, and had stunning views that made our trip even more special. The location was also fantastic—close to so many great spots, including the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. One of the highlights was the incredible food from Vanessa and Carlos—every meal was absolutely delicious! The house is in a hilly area with a lot of stairs, which wasn’t an issue for us but is something to keep in mind. The host was fantastic—super communicative, helpful, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a perfect spot for a group getaway. Highly recommend!

Great getaway from the city noise. The place has an amazing ocean view. The staff in the residence were also really nice and helpful. Samantha was responsive to our questions and made the check in process easy. The views are worth the drive out of PV.

We had an amazing stay at Spencer’s place in Puerto Vallarta! Spencer was incredibly attentive and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The space was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday and Pride. The location couldn’t be more convenient, just a few blocks from the beach, bars, and great restaurants. And the rooftop pool? Total game-changer! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing stay in PV.

Place was perfect and more affordable than going through the resort - you can add all inclusive when you can arrive

everything about the Villa was perfection. The view was outstanding and it was just a very peaceful place to stay. the pool was fantastic and since the hot tub motor had blown which was no fault of Kevin and Christian, they were great and heated up the pool for us every night. can't say enough good things about the place and the hosts. And I absolutely adore their cat!

The pictures do not do this place justice! I have stayed in many Airbnbs, but none come close to this amazing place. The house itself has so much character. The private pool and lounge chairs gave us something to look forward to every afternoon. But foremost, the two massive patios overlook the Bay and provide the most stunning views at all times. The kitchen is great and was adequate for us to hire a private chef in. FINALLY, so quick to walk into town. I’d buy this house if I could. One consideration is that there is a lot of traffic on the road below that can be a bit loud for the front two bedrooms.

Cannot say enough good things about Casa Suenos. The house was amazing, the pool was awesome, game room was unexpected and great for the kids. Best of all was the staff, each one made the stay memorable, after multiple stays in villas in Puerto Vallarta the food was the best ever, it was incredible. Cannot say enough about every member of the staff. They were not only professional but made the stay very personalable. Would definitely recommend the villa to anyone.

This was a beautiful villa. The owners were such beautiful people. We called it our little oasis, inPuerto Vallarta all the people that were in the area were extremely friendly. 5 Stars all the way around!! It's an amazing retreat in the middle of a jungle oasis, zen & comfortable furnishings plus 3 King BRs w/ensuites and decks where all the couples feel they're in luxury!! We loved getting our steps in going to and from the beach and ZR. And I can't say enough about Jose and his cooking!! Enjoy the wild life during the day, but definitely lock the sliders at night to keep out the critters. We'll be back :)

We had an incredible family vacation at Ana Silvia’s, it exceeded expectations! We were visiting for our 50th birthdays with our teen and tween boy and had never visited Vallarta before. Ana Silvia was kind, proactive and gracious throughout, and helped us check in easily. The home is private, in a small gated community in Tabachines residential neighborhood, which is perfect for us as a family as we wanted to be close to shopping, cafes and other amenities like home while also being an Uber or taxi away from Zona Romantica, Malecon and beaches. The home is large, quiet, comfortable and has a rustic stately elegance. We used the pool throughout and got local lunches every day. Hidden gem! Thank you Ana Silvia!

Such a wonderful and beautiful villa! Rolf was so helpful in anything we needed and Carmen was great as well. Carmen’s breakfast and margaritas were delicious. The views were amazing and the whale watching from the patio will be unforgettable for my kiddos! Will definitely come back in the future!

Un lugar maravilloso! Mucho mejor que las fotos, está a pie de la playa a 15 pasos estás en la arena. Toda la villa tiene una vista espectacular!! El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto, y la villa huele riquísimo como en un hotel de cinco estrellas. Todas las habitaciones tienen baño completo, la cocina funciona perfectamente y puedes cocinar mientras ves el mar! La decoración además de hermosa es muy acogedora. Jerónimo fue el mejor anfitrión! Siempre atento a que estuviéramos bien, nos ofrecieron todos los servicios que necesitábamos. Nos dieron la opción de contratar cocinera para nuestra estancia y estuvo delicioso. El ambiente es muy amable y familiar. Hay una plaza justo en frente con supermercado, starbucks, farmacia y hospital. Fueron unas vacaciones inolvidables, las tardes en la terraza viendo el atardecer fueron nuestro momento favorito! Recomiendo muchísimo esta villa, nosotros volveremos muy pronto!

We loved our month and a half stay at Allan’s Villa Oasis. Previously we had stayed in Amapas, upper and lower, but Gringo Gulch makes you feel like you’re in the classic PV of Liz Taylor & Richard Burton’s day – their houses are right around the corner. Much of the Romantic Zone is every bit as accessible from this side, and Centro is just a short walk. The apartment itself is spacious and very well laid out. We spent every morning back in the pool-garden-oasis communing with the hummingbirds and other birds. The gardeners keep the flowers and tropical plants flourishing, and the housekeeper Maria, as others have commented, is a gem – efficient and unobtrusive. It was really a perfect stay.

The team was professional and respectful of our privacy, making us feel truly pampered. Located in a nice area of Bucerías, the house is close to the beach, local shops, and restaurants, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay!

Beautiful place for our stay! Big enough for 16 people and we had majestic views of the city. Many things to do and see within walking distance and also plenty of taxis near by for those places far enough to walk. Our group had different age groups and everyone love it. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Rosa’s’ Short Uber from airport and easy no-contact check in. Clear instructions for house rules and fast WiFi. The view out to the pool and golf course was beautiful and very relaxing. Our only minor complaint at times was waiting for hot water. Otherwise we could do laundry and make breakfast and lunch with ease. Location was great and a comfortable walk to different areas, beach, shopping, marina dining. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Rosa!

We had a WONDERFUL weeklong stay at this home, excellent in every way. Very comfortable, extremely spacious and with THE BEST VIEW of Puerto Vallarta, far better than ANY of the various locations, restaurants, hotels we visited during our stay. 4 of us were in the entire 2nd floor which has 2 bedrooms (one extremely large, and 2nd one large enough - both with very spacious attached bathrooms. Living area and kitchen is in an open balcony area and VERY spacious - no windows, just wide open, facing breathtaking views of the ocean. It was the most unique experience and we LOVED it. The weather was just perfect at this time of the year (mid march) with perfect temperatures, lots of sunshine and a gentle breeze - not a single bug or mosquito in the living area at all. There are motorized shades that you can easily pull down if the breeze or sunlight bothers you, but we had it wide open the entire time. The main bedroom can also be entirely open with nothing blocking the view, sunshine and ocean breeze. It was just perfect! The location itself is very convenient as well. You can easily walk down to the beach or to the Malecon within minutes. Tons of local shops, vendors, markets and coffee shops just a few minutes walk away. Estigo tours where we booked ATV and Zipline tours is also within walking distance, and is managed by the same property managers Bret and Gonzalo, so we got a good discount too. Lastly covid test clinic is also within a 5 minute walk from the house, so it was quite convenient during our return back to USA We highly recommend this place for your stay in Puerto Vallarta.
