Apartment vacation rentals in Puerto Vallarta

We loved staying at Cesar’s place in Puerto Vallarta. The views from the terrace were spectacular, the kitchen was well-appointed, and the whole place was nicely decorated. We appreciated having AC in the bedrooms and the dark curtains helped us sleep really well. We weren’t sure if it would be noisy at night due to the location, but it turned out to be just far enough up the hill to be totally fine for us. It was also fun to be able to see the top of the Danza de los Voladores from the terrace (did I mention the view?) and there were some great cafes and restaurants within just a couple blocks. Would stay here again!

El alojamiento es muy lindo, la zona espectacular, tuvieron atenciones y empatía extrema, la terraza es muy linda, la habitación es tal cual las fotos, el decorado es fresco y de muy buen gusto, espero volver pronto.

The place was great. The perfect location for walking to all the best spots, just be prepared for the stairs. Lots of stairs! We pack light so it was ok for us. We had a great time and definitely plan to return.

Soho es una excelente opción si buscas un espacio amplio con alberca y una vista espectacular de todo Vallarta. El servicio de los meseros es muy bueno y la comida, deliciosa. El Airbnb es bastante espacioso, con terraza, sala, comedor y dos baños grandes. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Todo estuvo perfecto, siempre pendientes y respondía muy rápido, el lugar definitivamente espectacular para una estancia muy agradable! Un plus que tienen sillas y sombrilla para la playa, nos fueron de gran ayuda! Definitivamente regresaría y lo recomendaría sin pensarlo. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great little apartment and in a very central location

Thierry's place was fantastic and looked exactly as pictured. The pool is stunning and the neighborhood is convenient, a few blocks from the beach and lots of good restaurants, bars, etc. There was moderate construction noise which was not ideal but other than that it was perfect. Thanks to Sergio for being so friendly and helpful whenever we needed him. I would definitely book this place again the next time I'm in Puerto Vallarta.

What a beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed place to call home for 10 days! Michelle was very responsive to all my questions, especially as with regards to internet service, since I had to work during most of my time there. The views are breathtaking, as others have pointed out. The pool area is probably the best I've seen in PV, comparable to Pinnacle's or Pier57's. Highly recommend this unit for a short-term or long-term stay!

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

The apartment is beautiful and centrally located in Zona Romantica, within easy walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. The hosts were great and were very accommodating of our requests. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Christine is a perfect host. Super friendly and always incredibly responsive. The condo, as well as the complex, is beautiful just like the photos. Very comfortable and an amazing view from the 24th floor. It's just steps to the beautiful pool area and the beach. The concierge was super helpful and friendly as was the rest of the staff and Christine's local assistant / cleaner. I found the area really convenient, there's a convenience store right next door and a mall and supermarket within about a 10 min walk (or you could always take an Uber). Highly recommended and I'd love to stay again. Thanks Christine!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view was a nice mix of city and beach and bay ocean views. The condo was clean and uncluttered. The pool was fantastic. This is an area that is in the process of either being restored or developed. So when you enter the condo from the street you enter on a dirt road, which is kind of funny, then you arrive at this beautiful new condo. We felt very safe walking up and down the street but just be aware it looks very undeveloped. Also another, very small thing, the shower controls are on backwards so if you feel like the water isn’t getting hot just switch it to the other side and wait a moment… this may have only been a bit confusing for us hahaha. We thought we didn’t have hot water and felt pretty dumb once we got it figured out.

Condo was perfect! Great views! Everything was close by and very safe! Complimentary breakfast was a great plus!

Great place, very clean space and complete to feel right at home. Water pressure was just like home with plenty of towels. The facilities included like the gym, the pool and hot tub with spa were a nice addition. You can catch very nice sunsets right from the infinity pool at the top, also you can see the big cruise boats coming to port. There is a big food store near-by Chedaui which is within walking distance. Also, there is an Oxo right across the building. There is a public beach entrance near-by, we were very happy with our stay in this condo. The only thing that was a little compromised was the beds were a little bit smaller than we were used to, other than that everything else was great. We definitely will stay again in this property next time we are in Puerto Vallarta.

Stayed 10 days and it was so relaxing. Lovely apartment and great friendly local neighbourhood. Lots of small local cafes, restaurants, fruit/veg stores. Large supermarket La Comer 10 minute walk. We cook a lot as we are vegan/vegetarian and kitchen was great and we could get everything we needed including tofu. Liked Naturezza for fresh dishes and pretty patio. Oh Croissant had good espresso and excellent French pastries. Easy bus access to other parts of PV. Took local buses to Boca de Tomatlan and hiked the pretty coastal beaches trail. Go early for shade. Taxi boat back from Las Animas beach. Local bus to/from airport easy to catch with carry on roller bags. Adolfo is a perfect host and replies swiftly. Arranged for us to be met and shown the apartment. The pool is perfect for laps, gorgeous views and often we were on our own. There are shade umbrellas and lots of breeze. Balcony lovely. Wifi fast. Beds comfortable. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect space for a relaxing vacation! The full kitchen and option to stock the pantry allowed us to make meals at our leisure. The balcony and full length windows made for great sunset views and there’s nothing quite like falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of waves. We highly recommend this condo and both Sean and Jesus were incredibly responsive and helpful.

Es lindo, solamente vayan en plan tranquilo y familiar ya que se tienen muchas reglas para utilizar la alberca y el ruido

Our stay at Jasem’s condo was amazing. The space is just like the photos—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the tour made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Zona Romántica with shops, restaurants, and the beach nearby. But the real highlight? That rooftop pool and the sunsets. Truly magical. Jasem was a wonderful host—professional, responsive, and thoughtful. We didn’t run into any issues, but it was clear his team was ready to help if needed. This place made our trip to PV really special. We’re already thinking about coming back. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous home! The view is just amazing & peaceful. Its a very short walk to two beaches. You could also walk down the boardwalk & find some restaurants along the way. Theres an Oxxo right next door stocked with basic necessities. The home has a very stocked kitchen with everything you’d need to cook some meals there. The pool is really clean & there was no one using it while we were there. Made it feel very private. If you want to go into town its a very short cheap ride. We hope to stay in this gorgeous home again.
