The apartment is very clean and well-prepared! The location is very good, close to everything and has a nice view from the 11th floor. We loved the building, it seems very safe, the facilities are well-kept and new. It will surely continue to maintain the 5 points for a long time!

The stay was wonderful, the apartment was all thought out for everyday life. It had everything, beyond what I expected (from basic things like sugar, sweetener, soap powder to a fan that HELPED A LOT during the day). The receptionists are always cheerful, helpful. The only reservation was the dirty kitchen utensils, but primarily it is the fault of former guests who do not follow the rules or do so unwillingly because it is not “their home”, just that it deserves more cleaning. I highly recommend it, the location is not even mentioned, it's excellent!

The apartment is great! Very nice and well-equipped. The location is excellent! The left side street has many restaurants and on the right side street there is a great breakfast, at a gas station. Highly recommended! The waterfront is beautiful and widely used. Super safe location. We left and returned at different times, whether to run on the waterfront very early or to go to restaurants late at night. Everyone in the building was very nice and helpful. The building is also great and well maintained. The only bad thing is the garbage collection, because we need to be in the apartment to deliver it. In addition, everything is excellent! Communication was also great and super fast.

Cássio is very attentive, he answered all my questions quickly. The apartment is very organized and the place is very quiet, I slept perfectly well.

The location helped us visit 100% of what we intended to visit during the trip, close to restaurants, in front of the beach, an extremely organized place, just like the photos. We felt very comfortable and at home, and the neighborhood was also very polite and quiet.

Tenório was easy to communicate and their assistant was there to greet us at the check in with breakfast. The place is in a quiet location (exactly what we needed). The good taste applied to the house furnishing and design is a plus. We walked to the beach and enjoyed some peaceful time in Garça Torta. The kitchen is great for cooking and well equipped. The master bedroom has a hammock with a great view of the trees around the house.

Casa Manai is very comfortable ,well decorated and fully equipped. We spent wonderful days always feeling the refreshing breeze that circulates throughout all environments.Deciding to the sea or enjoying the balance of the net in the garden or refreshing itself in the pool or in the jacuzzi…what was not lacking were pleasant things to enjoy the holidays in the best way. Matheus and his mother were extremely helpful. Finally, the house is not only walls and floor,it is port,it is dream ,it is a heart.

The hosting experience was the best possible, Mr. Edgar and his wife Sonia were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The house is beautiful, spacious, organized, comfortable and very complete. We were very well received by Vânia, who is the caretaker, a lovely person. My family and I were very happy with the stay.

Casa has excellent space, short walk to the beach, spacious and clean house. Maria Regina is always at your disposal . Sandra marvellous cook, cheerful, fun , made some wonderful pies and cakes my God. Nearby there is not much to do, like good restaurants, places to go out at night, there is only beach and rest even with family . Very quiet and safe condominium.

The house is amazing, perfect for large group travel. It is close to the beach and close to the centrinho, where it has numerous restaurants. It also has a pharmacy and market on the same street. For me, the house is wonderful, with large rooms, with air conditioning and a very tasty pool. I highly recommend to anyone who goes to Maceió!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, exactly as described in the listing. Good communication from the host. Registering for access to the building took longer than expected (the building security team could not locate our ID details which the host had sent), and the coffee machine was broken (although there was also a manual coffee filter in the apartment), but these were minor details. The location was good, on the corner of the Praça do Skate in a good neighbourhood of Maceió. We recommend this apartment and would stay there again.
