Great location, everything is very quiet and close to the beach. Wanderlei was always friendly and answered all the questions we had. It takes about 5-10 minutes to get to Parque Shopping, depending on traffic. A 5-minute walk on the beach and you'll find kiosks and the sea is great for swimming, if you don't want to move, swimming in the sea in front of the apartment is also nice. Safe, quiet, noiseless condominium, perfect for those who want to rest. I highly recommend it!

We love to leave the car in the garage and walk around the city. We'll practically only sleep in the apartment. We've been to Maceió several times, but it was the first time we did everything on foot. Next to the condominium, there is a food court, and on the next street, there are several restaurants and a pharmacy. The supermarket is about 10 blocks away. There is a pizzeria near GBARBOSA where the pizza cost 38 reais, and it was delicious. The condominium is in front of the beach. What was lacking was the garage, which was damp, dirty and dark, and be careful when you leave with the car, which can scrape the ramp. But that has nothing to do with the hospitality Anna gave us. Finally, the condominium is in front of the street of a large school, and next to the sports court of this school. Arriving or leaving the condominium at the time of arrival or departure of the students must be extremely complicated. As for the apartment itself, it has everything, we were able to make our meals on site and it was very clean and fragrant.

The house is very cozy, concierge 24hrs, super flexible check-in and checkout is a very good point! Great location, one block from the Ponta Verde waterfront. Apartment just like the ad, clean, with clean bed and bath linens. Two-bedroom air conditioning in great working order, large living room. Host always available to answer questions and proactive for any repairs.

Villas do Pratagy is a beautiful place, great to come with the family, the children loved too much, especially the pool.

Our stay in Maceió wouldn't have been so good if we'd stayed anywhere else. The hosts were wonderful from the first contact, via messages, very helpful at all times, they were very flexible with check-in and check-out. The space is wonderful, exactly as it is in the photos, everything is very clean and organized, in addition to being very cozy, it brought me a very nice affective memory, because the place is very reminiscent of grandmother's house, there were even chocolates that they left as a gift for us, could there be anything cuter than that!? It's really a grandparents' thing. The condominium is well located, has everything nearby, pharmacy, restaurant, market, the waterfront, everything is a few blocks away. They are so careful that even a "menu" with suggestions of what to do and where to eat is on site. My friends and I were delighted. When I return to Maceió, if their space is available, I will certainly stay with them. A big hug to dear Artur and Vivien.
