great apartment and the view then very beautiful market near a great bakery on the side of the beauty room a lot to do was really worth the cost benefit there have been 13 days marvellhozo that we spent there. the very good pool the only thing we missed is I would need and a clothesline to extend the towels and clothes because everyone I picked up had always missed it and also a fan to the room because it's very hot outside of it my stay was perfect for sure I will be back there.

Great facility! Perfect place for those looking to relax. Everything works perfectly, from household utensils to the heated pool. I highly recommend it!

Simply perfect! Hosting exceeded all expectations. The room was extremely comfortable and, unlike many places in the region, had a high quality internet, working perfectly – a big difference! Also, Mr.Raymundo and the team was amazing: always ready to help and respond to requests quickly and efficiently. I have nothing to complain about, everything was flawless. I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone who is looking for an experience of excellence!

I loved it, I highly recommend it, I intend to return soon and I will stay in this apartment again, it met all my needs and I congratulate the entire service team, especially the receptionists, who are very attentive.

i couldn't park in the building's garage! claimed it was under renovation ! I had to leave the car on the street !

Great apartment, good location. The apartment is very comfortable, very well equipped with everything we need, very clean and organized as well as very cozy and well decorated. I felt at home. An excellent house in a very good Condominium between Marechal Deodoro that gives access to Praia do Francês and Maceió... very kind, attentive couple... anyway, my family and I were there now in early January/ 2025 and it certainly left a taste of wanting more!!

Amazing apartment and it's exactly as shown in the photos. It is very close to the sign “Eu S2 Maceió”. The host helped us with many tips and was always very proactive in making me and my family feel at home.

Great accommodation, everything you need is accessible on foot nearby. Dilane is very proactive and communicative, leaving all instructions for us.

The apartment is great, well located, has practically all the utensils that are used in everyday life. There were 4 of us and the space more than met our needs, Rosa responds quickly and gives plenty of tips. There are plenty of beautiful beaches nearby and many options for restaurants, market, pharmacy. There is a food truck space on the corner that has something for everyone. The condominium has a lot of rules, which bothered me a little, but so far it has nothing to do with the apartment and the host, and those who already live in an apartment must be more used to it, while those who live in a house may find it a little annoying. Anyway, it's a great place to stay.

The apartment is spectacular, of great category and with all the amenities. It has everything you need and more!. Awesome security. The location is excellent, close to everything. It is ideal for base to shop and visit more remote beaches (Do Francés and Ipioca) since the beaches of Pajucara and Ponta verde are so cute and dirty. I would undoubtedly return.

We love the hosting of Deborah. The Studio is spacious and well divided, the bathroom is very good and the location is great. It has bars and restaurants on the street, it is on the side of the McDonalds, and is close to the beach (the front beach is not the best, but it is close to the tbm green beach, to go ape or cheap uber). We enjoy too much!

Great apartment and privileged location, with markets, pharmacies etc. all very close. We had an issue with one of the showers that was promptly resolved by James. Super recommended, apartment equipped with everything you need for a quiet stay and with easy access to the beaches of the North or South. Thank you James and we'll be back soon for sure ❤️
