André is a very friendly and kind person, who welcomed us very well and made us feel at home. The accommodation is very well located near several tourist spots and great beaches. It is possible to do several walking tours. In addition, the house is exactly as advertised and very cozy. It's very hot in the city, but there are several fans in the house available to the guest that do the job. I would definitely stay with André again.

The apartment is well located, it has all you need, we were greeted by Dona Mabel Rafael's mother,the apartment is very close to the beach, the waterfront is very beautiful, but the sea is sometimes unsuitable for bathing,but there are several beaches to visit especially those that are to the south. Beautiful places renting a car, which is not lacking is a beach to visit. Super indico.

The apartment has an excellent location, with easy access to tourist spots, restaurants and public transportation. The check-in was super flexible, which made our arrival very easy. The building is well structured, with several amenities available to guests. On the other hand, it is worth mentioning that the condominium has many rules, which can make the stay a little less relaxed for those seeking more freedom. Still, the experience was positive overall and we recommend it for those looking for comfort and convenience.

The apartment is great, cleanliness, space, working appliances, wonderful air conditioning. Simply an apt show, close to the waterfront, to markets, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, a budget box right next door. Anderson is a great host, communication, politeness and kindness are with him. When you return to Maceió, we will stay at Anderson's apartment.

The apartment is extremely well located, close to everything. Check in is quick and easy and the building is secure. The property is just like in the pictures. All brand new, well organized and equipped. The host responds quickly and assertively. I only make an observation, that there was cleaning before we arrived (it smelled as a cleaning product), but the cleaning lady/ diarist did not try to collect wet towel and used soap, which were in the bathroom. In addition, I highly recommend the apartment and would definitely stay there again.

The house is exactly as the listing, a wonderful condominium facing the beach and with many amenities, fitness center, swimming pool, playground, tennis court and beach tennis. Communication was super easy and clear. Unfortunately, we had a problem with a lack of electricity in the region due to a show and we had to leave the house a few days earlier. I hope to be able to return one day to enjoy it again.

The house is great and the beach too... very close to the natural pools of Paripueira. Too bad that the Paripueira region where the house is located does not offer restaurant or bar infrastructure at night, only kiosks and a beach club that closes at 5 p.m. The only option in the region is to order delivery at night. Overall, I really liked the cost-benefit.

The house is beautiful and exactly like in the pictures! The condominium is wonderful, with pool and direct access to the beach, which is beautiful. Fredy was super responsive and attentive during our stay, I recommend the stay!

Wonderful!!!! Carla's house is delicious!!! Super clean, but with everything you need to spend wonderful moments with family or friends. All furniture and linens are new and maintenance is up to date. And the husband loved the barbecue!!! 😅😅😅😅 Carla is a lovely hostess and always answers questions promptly and quickly. Vil, an employee and cook recommended by Carla, made the moment even more familiar, making the dishes we wanted to eat. The condominium is also excellent and has spaces such as a playground, hammock area, laundry, and staff for setting up umbrellas on the beach. The condominium staff is also extremely helpful, kind and polite!!! I look forward to returning!!!!

Very nice and well equipped house, all spotless. The condominium is safe, it has a small square with children's games. The house is steps away from Praia do Riacho which is beautiful!! I would come back happy, thank you!!

We loved staying at Sun's house! From the moment of booking, the host Barbara was extremely kind and helpful, giving us tips on tours, restaurants. The collaborator's recommendation to cook for us during our stay was great! She cooks wonderfully well and prepared a wonderful menu for us, including vegan options. Barbara was so kind that she even left a birthday present for my grandmother, as that was the reason for our trip. The location is privileged. The beach in front of the condominium is amazing and the house is superbly decorated, well-equipped and the private pool is warm, a delight. We love and will be back as soon as possible.

Wonderful house, inside a condominium with a tennis court, fitness center and swimming pool. The house has a small pool in the yard that serves very well. The beach is a few meters from the house and is accessed through the condominium. We hired a cook for the days by the owner's recommendation and it was great! The house is better than the pictures show! The only negative point, which may bother some, is the low water pressure in the shower, which is electric. Everything is new and of great quality!!

We really enjoyed our stay, wonderful condominium, well maintained, practically private. Supermarket nearby and a grocery store at the condominium's door, the carpenter's center with shops and restaurants is also very close. The house was exactly as shown in the photos, clean linens, new utensils, but the windows were extremely dirty, even making a bad impression on arrival. The house near the others in the condominium is simple and with little decoration, there are better cared for and more beautiful ones. The landlord asked Mr. José (responsible for the house) to contact us on the penultimate day, saying that the gardener warned him that we had trampled on the plants, that he could imagine how it was inside his house, detail that there were no plants in the house, only some very poorly cared seedlings, the gardener was bad and wanted to blame us. It was very annoying and ended up ruining the mood, because I have great ratings in all the properties I have rented and I always take care of the cleanliness and care in the properties.

Wonderful apartment!! Everything I needed was there!! I highly recommend it and will be back there!
