Apt and Top Building, very good. You can improve communication/clarifications about the surroundings, such as indicating a place for breakfast and lunch, bakery/snack bar. The receptionist helped, as well as Google Maps, there is a super good shop 2 minutes away, a great option.

Simply perfect! The apartment is super well located, close to the beach. In addition, there are many nice things nearby — ice cream parlors, restaurants, bars and even options for those who enjoy outdoor physical activity, such as hiking, running and exercising on the waterfront. The apartment space is amazing, everything is very organized, cozy and exactly as in the photos. Communication with the owner was also great, always very helpful and quick to respond, which made everything very easy and smooth. We loved the stay and we definitely want to come back more often! A beautiful view, and the area is very safe and close to all the main attractions, Uber service in a few minutes, 24-hour security guard, very attentive and helpful. I stayed at Alexandre's apartment on April 13th and 18th. On both occasions, everything was clean and organized and everything went well. Check-in was quick, the location is great and the apartment is very comfortable. Recommended.

Excellent place, organized environment, surroundings with good buildings and commercial establishments, close to the Craft Pavilion, which you can cross and you're already on the beach, good refrigerator, utensils in good condition, dishcloth, oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, in short, the basics well done. Good beds, bath towels, face towels, bed linen, all clean. Wi-Fi works perfectly. Attentive host. Excellent value for money, I would definitely come back!
