My family loved it! the apartment is super complete, with many facilities: towels, bedding, pillows, water filter and even hair dryer. Quality of impeccable cleaning, linen and white towels of the same hotel. It has a supermarket on the back street and a pharmacy nearby. The beach has many stalls for renting chairs and sunshine at a fair price. I love it!

The apartment is extremely clean and organized. It has everything to make your stay peaceful and comfortable. I saw that you will put air conditioning in the room...it will be sensational! The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable...maybe leaving a single mattress available would be better. The region is excellent, very close to the best location on Ponta Verde beach. We love your stay! Easy location, by the sea/back street/garage, all well signposted. Fully equipped kitchen, and with basic items (coffee, filter, salt, detergent) - we also leave coffee, filter and spices😬 Super comfortable bed, very dark bedroom for sleeping❤️ There is a food park 5 minutes away that has all kinds of food and drinks! There are also several kiosks on the avenue! Eduardo also recommended very beautiful beaches nearby, 15 min by Uber, Guaxuma and Garça Torta, beautiful and with good structure! The balcony overlooks the sea, and it's a great place to have breakfast there in the morning! There were even two beach chairs in the apartment, but we only saw them on the last day🤣 It was an excellent stay and we highly recommend it!

The apartment has a prime location: it is between the handicraft pavilion and the giant chair. Very close to it, there is a wide range of shops, such as a pharmacy, supermarket, bakery and restaurants. The doormen and the cleaning lady are very friendly and the pool is very good. The air conditioning in the room was clean and freezing, the bed is excellent and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a gallon of mineral water available to guests and I consider this a great differential. The water comes out cold and there is no risk of contamination. Ruth is an exemplary host, super accessible and helpful. You can leave without fear! I got a rainy period and couldn't enjoy the beaches, but I plan to go back and stay there again.

Our stay was great! The house is bigger than it appears in the photos, everything was clean and well organized. The house offers a lot of fun, we really enjoyed the pool and the game room! José Sandro was an excellent host, he showed flexibility with check-in and check-out, the entrance street is completely out of tune with the house. The house with gourmet space and bathroom next to the pool, with fridge, stove and barbecue. Inside, there is only one bathroom inside the only bedroom, but the bedroom is an excellent size and accommodates a family or group of friends well. In addition to the house being fully air-conditioned. I highly recommend it and for sure, if I'm in Marechal deodoro I'll stay with Sandro again. A very kind person!!!

The house is impeccable! All clean, organized, not to mention how much we were in love with the decor! The hostess was present at all times, even before the arrival at the place. He gave me several tips and was always very proactive. The sure thing I have is that if I go back to town, I'll be staying in the same house. Completely in love!!

Sandra’s place was exactly what we needed. We were excited to kick back and relax and this house was perfect for that. Spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms and we just felt right at home. There was easy access to the gorgeous Ipioca beach and to a beach club. The beach was clean, safe and not too busy. The Hibiscus Beach Club is amazing and the entrance being right there made all the difference.

Very nice apartment, private Jacuzzi and an expansive view of the sea and the forest, the house was a little dusty, but otherwise it was a very good experience, I would come back more often.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 people, close to the main points of Pajuçara and Ponta Verde. Well-equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay. Suggestion: the TV only had one channel, you can pay attention to that. Otherwise, an impeccable stay. I'd come back more often.

The environment is super cosy, the quiet building, the clean rooms and all utensils are at your disposal. The location is easy access to beaches, markets, pharmacies and gas station, all very close by. French Beach is just a 5-minute drive away.
