Excellent stay. The apartment is very complete and clean, it had things that you don't usually have in other places, such as a cooler, toolbox, several pillows. Congratulations on the organization and cleanliness, especially the host, who is always proactive and responds quickly, super recommended and I will return other times!

the apartment is impeccable, clean and organized. The building has all the amenities, gym, leisure area, swimming pool and incredible views. Great location, close to the beach (6 min walking), supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, gym, and services, as well as feeling very safe walking around the neighborhood. Finally, Paolo is an excellent Host, very proactive, friendly and concerned about our stay. It secured everything we needed and responded very quickly! I will return for sure!

Wonderful environment! The room is extremely organized and clean, perfect for a comfortable stay. The apartment has a stove, pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, microwave, sandwich maker, etc. I had no negative experiences or anything that left me wanting during my stay. Apart from the entire structure, Carol is a wonderful host, she was very attentive from before check-in to after checkout and was active in solving everything we needed during the stay. I recommend it to everyone, definitely one of the best on the Airbnb platform!!

Tati's apartment is better than in the photos . The view is INCREDIBLE and the location tbm. On the edge of Pajucara Beach, the waterfront is great for sightseeing and physical activity! We love it!

We stayed in the apartment for almost a month and the experience was excellent! The location is great, with a market, pharmacy, beach and craft fair all close by, which made everyday life much easier. The apartment perfectly met our needs — there were three of us and it was very comfortable. The building staff were always very attentive, and the owner was always available to promptly assist us whenever necessary. The only point of attention is the air-conditioning, which can be a little noisy for those who are more sensitive to sound. All in all, everything is great! I recommend the stay.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 people, close to the main points of Pajuçara and Ponta Verde. Well-equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay. Suggestion: the TV only had one channel, you can pay attention to that. Otherwise, an impeccable stay. I'd come back more often.

It was all right at the place. From the facility on arrival, location safely and the best thing, location. All nearby, supermarket, beach, pharmacy, all easy access without needing to take a car. Whoever is will not regret it, the apt has everything the person needs to stay for long periods, with all kitchen utensils, clean beds, air-conditioning in all rooms, tv with open channels and a balcony to dry clothes. My stay was absolutely unforgettable. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, it is from those places that already at the entrance you feel that it was thought with affection in every detail. Extremely organized, beautiful, functional and complete for real. Each corner was designed to accommodate, from the soft lighting to the comfort items that seemed to read my thoughts. The hostess came as a surprise aside: considerate, present when we need it and with a rare sensitivity to create an environment that embraces. Sleeping here is like resting in a cocoon of silence, the sound insulation is so effective that the rest actually happens. And wake up with the sea of Maceió calling you by the balcony… it is indescribable. The view calms, inspires and delights. I felt embraced by this place. The building has incredible leisure areas, with wonderful experiences, that sunset is unique and will be a memory that I will carry forever in my life. I believe it was a stay with soul, comfort and essence.

Tenório was easy to communicate and their assistant was there to greet us at the check in with breakfast. The place is in a quiet location (exactly what we needed). The good taste applied to the house furnishing and design is a plus. We walked to the beach and enjoyed some peaceful time in Garça Torta. The kitchen is great for cooking and well equipped. The master bedroom has a hammock with a great view of the trees around the house.

It was a perfect stay, the house accommodated our family very well. All rooms with plenty of comfort, and privacy. Pool is wonderful. The condominium is very safe, and the gym is well equipped. From the first contact with Katianne, she was always very responsive to us. It was undoubtedly an unforgettable trip, we'll be back.

Casa Manai is very comfortable ,well decorated and fully equipped. We spent wonderful days always feeling the refreshing breeze that circulates throughout all environments.Deciding to the sea or enjoying the balance of the net in the garden or refreshing itself in the pool or in the jacuzzi…what was not lacking were pleasant things to enjoy the holidays in the best way. Matheus and his mother were extremely helpful. Finally, the house is not only walls and floor,it is port,it is dream ,it is a heart.

Amazing and wonderful house, the house is beautiful, modern, super clean and organized, ventilated, wonderful garden, spacious environments. We were at full capacity and still felt super comfortable. Several sofas, tables, there was room for everyone. We went to celebrate our children's birthday with grandparents, uncles and cousins, the choice was perfect. The super safe condominium, markets, snacks, pizzeria etc. in the vicinity. The nearby beach (we went on foot), in addition to visiting other nearby beaches. Super recommend and I will come back more often
