Really amazing experience would definitely recommend it :)

This is a really special place! The tree cabin was gorgeous and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, the bed was comfortable and a mosquito net was provided which was great. There was a shower with hot water in a separate little shack nearby and a compost toilet down a little path (you will need shoes for late night toilet breaks!) The plot of land has 4 caravans with their own showers and toilets which are rented to other guests, and it's located a few minutes from the cliff edge and the sea with really lovely views. Nuno is a lovely host who was very easy to deal with, and even dropped off some laundry liquid when he noticed we had hand-washed some clothes which was very kind. The only thing I would say is that if you are hiring a car, I'd recommend choosing one that can handle rocky and uneven terrain - we didn't and we wished we had, as some roads are pretty bumpy/holey and steep in this area!

Very beautiful place, with an incredible view of the Geres mountain range and the river :) Very quiet, well organized. Clean shared bathrooms with the essentials. Common kitchen also with the essentials to make meals there and have good moments of conviviality with family and other guests. Breakfast in an old primary school is a curious detail. Simple but homemade breakfast that serves the purpose (natural yogurts and homemade pancakes, saloio bread for toasting, milk, tea and hot coffee, two varieties of fruit, butter and jam, Kellogg's and Chocapic cereals). The hosts are always available to help and as they live on the same property, anything you need is nearby. In the vicinity, there are several places to visit, beautiful villages and several trails with different levels of difficulty to hike.

A little paradise! It was a wonderful time with Violeta and Jonathan, we will definitely be back. The trip exceeded our expectations. It was a very special place for us. You can see how much creativity, work and love is in this place, which was completely designed and built by the host. The nature here is simply stunningly beautiful and we really came to rest. We were in the Tree House Cottage, it was very cozy and there was everything we needed. You wake up with a view of the trees. The bed is very comfortable and although it was cold at night, it is pleasantly warm in the room. There is a lot to discover on the premises and there are exceptional hiking trails all around. It's not far to the beach by car, but you can also take a short hike through the mountains to the sea on foot. At night you can see a lot of stars, and you can hear owls and frogs.

Very friendly treatment and the place is very nice, ideal for spending a few days in nature. The accommodation is surrounded by forest and has a river in which you can cool off within 5 minutes walking distance. We had an issue with the boiler and his son fixed it quickly. Lovely place, I'll definitely go back again:)

Quiet and beautiful spot. Several animals, quite peaceful. Small and cozy house, well cared for and comfortable. Ideal for a couple to relax (despite having room in the room for another single bed or a crib, the dining area is too small for more than 2 people). We were asked to try the restaurant, but we ended up not doing it (maybe next time). It takes some dexterity to climb the stairs to the bedroom, which adds interest to the experience but may be practically impossible for people with mobility issues or very young children. However, we noticed that there are other dwellings that are part of “complex” that may be more suitable for people/families in these conditions. You did what was promised in the listing, and we were very well received. Thank you!

The huts are located in a very nice and calm environment. As it is at a higher altitude it is rather cold in the hut and there is more humidity (we were there off-seazon). For the remainder it was a very nice experience and a very peacefull place to accomodate.

So peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. The place is a gem, and Bernardino (Inez) is wonderful. We will be back.

Virginia is a wonderful host and it was a pleasure to visit this part of Portugal with my small daughter. Lovely host, lovely accommodation, lovely area. Highly recommended.

we had a great time at Leonor's in the cabin despite the bed not super comfortable my it's not really bothering in fact . Then we could enjoy the pool and the barbecue . thank you again leonor for your welcome.

When we arrived at the property we immediately felt relaxed and at peace - the view is simply incredible ! The outside terrace is big with beautiful views and plenty of seating, a BBQ, heated lamps etc. Inside is spacious - a good kitchen, a lovely record player, lots of sofas. The location is great - you are so close to so many amazing outdoor activities - we really enjoyed exploring the rivers, mountain walks and the Lagoons ! Many thanks !
