We're proud to present you with a brand new cosy NEST located in the very heart of Graça neighbourhood - our favourite one in Lisbon! Fully refurbished and re-decorated in December 2017, this nest offers a super spacious master bedroom (queen sized bed!) with a balcony with great views to Largo da Graça. We're pretty sure you'll also find the second bedroom super charming and this one showcases beautiful views to the downtown and river Tagus ("Tejo"). The flat also offers a stylish dining room for you to enjoy your meals at home, and a super comfortable and cosy living room (with TV and sofa-bed) - perfect for relaxation after a long day of making the most of the city outside, but also a great to enjoy some quality time over a glass of wine or beer with your friends & family. A fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, espresso machine, water kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, you name it…) is at your disposal, as well as a bathtub bathroom with guaranteed trouble-free water pressure. Apart from all of this the flat is also equipped with a fast WIFI connection and Smart TV (100+ channels), so just grab a seat at the sofa or big chair and watch a movie / tv series logging in the TV to your streaming account. Did we also mention the charming location of our NEST? Indeed it is, as you will find our NEST located right within Graça neighbourhood, one of Lisbon's 7 hills (and definitely our favourite one). This hill showcases the most amazing landscape views over the city, so please do go for a coffee at the coffee shop next to Graça's church (it's a 2min walk from home) and get blown away by the views (you can also have fantastic views from "Miradouro da Sra do Monte" which is 5 minutes walking from the nest). At the door of the flat you'll have the historical 28 electrical tram line (you must jump in and take a right all the way down to downtown Baixa - or upwards if you're coming back home), but if you just prefer to take a walk (which we fully recommend) you'll find awesome places nearby, like the Alfama neighborhood and the Panteão Nacional (5 min), St. Jorge Castle (10 min away), Baixa downtown is only 15 min walking, and so many other city attractions... Does all of this sound interesting??? Come and check it out!!! Our NEST is located in a late 19th century building covered in white & blue tile so typical of our Lisbon. Being an historical building, there's no lift / elevator, which means you will need to take the stairs (it's a 3rd floor, but actually a quite easy climb). In any case, think on the positive side: this is just a small flavour to get you used to the 7 Hills City :) (probably you've already heard that this is one of the so many names Lisbon is known by...). And we guarantee the views from upstairs will be totally worth it!!! Our Guests comfort and well being is our top priority, so we'll always be in touch to make sure we respond asap to any request or doubt. The apartment is located in the heart of Graça, a lovely neighbourhood on a hill that showcases the best views over Lisbon. Lively during the day but quiet at night, and the famous 28 electric tram goes right past the door. If you're coming by plane to the Lisbon Airport (relatively close to the city centre), there are pretty much 3 options: (1) Taking a taxi / Uber: A good option is taking a Uber/Cabify (cheaper than the typical taxis). Please consider that Uber/Cabify drivers usually pick customers up at the Departure Parking lot - takes roughly 20/25 minutes to arrive to the flat (of course, dependent on traffic). (2) Via private transfer (similar to a taxi - journey will cost about 30€): This is the most comfortable option, and if you'd like, we can also help out arranging a private transfer with one of our partners directly from the airport to the Nest - the driver would be waiting for you at the Arrivals area with a board with your name. (3) Alternative option is to take public transports: - By Bus only (whole journey will take roughly 40/45 min): take bus "708" from stop "Praça do Aeroporto" to "Rua da Palma" (13 stops - about 20 min), and from there you can walk about 12 min (800 metres) until reaching the flat - bear in mind it's walking upwards from Rua da Palma. - By Subway/Tube & Bus (whole journey will take roughly 45/50 min): take the tube from stop "Aeroporto" to "Alameda" (Red Line only), and right outside the tube station there will be a bus stop where you can take bus "735" until stop "Sapadores" (6 stops - about 14 min), and from there you can walk about 7 min (650 metres) until reaching the flat - street level is horizontal all the way, so easier to carry your luggage. If you're traveling by car and you need a parking space, you can try parking in the streets close to the flat (currently free of charge), but since these are quite busy and it can be a bit difficult to park near the flat, the best option is to park at the following parking lot: - "Parque de Estacionamento Emel" at Damasceno Monteiro Street, 1 min walking to the flat (20€ / 24h). Apart from some exceptional situations, we're pretty sure we'll be there face to face to welcome you get on with the check in procedures. Nonetheless, our NEST is prepared for self check-in (we've got door codes for the building and the flat) for those rare situations when we will not be able to welcome you face to face. And we're always super flexible when it comes to early check-ins or late check-outs (free of charge), as long as the NEST isn't occupied by someone else.

Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

New Chiado Studio the Epitome of Portuguese Charm

This studio is an open space with 1 double bed and one sofa bed, ideal for four people. It was completely renovated and full equipped, with one kitchenette with all the equipment’s that you need, TV, high speed Wi-Fi internet, etc. We provide towels and bedding clothes. Coffee machine, toaster, microwave, conventional oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine. This studio is located on the 2nd floor of an old traditional building and the access can be by elevator and stairs. The guest has access to all available areas in the apartment. I will of course extend Lisbon’s full hospitality and give all needed support to my guests to make them feel at home with suggestions as to tourist spots to visit, great restaurants, shopping and tips of how to get around our beautiful city. Please feel free to contact me to clarify any doubts or arrange anything else required. If you want an extra cleaning the cost is 40€. Extra towel cost 5€. Upon special request and additional cost, we can also arrange: - Babysitter services; - Baby cots; - Airport transfer; - Sightseeing tours; - Boat tours in Lisbon or Cascais; -.Sushi at home Any additional cleaning services required are at an extra cost of 30€. If you go by car, it has a public car park around 3 min by walk, cost around 20€ per day. The house has all public transports really near. You can go by Bus, Subway or Boat for any place you want. By Taxi: You can arrive by taxi from the airport to the main door and the ride costs about 20€ depending on traffic. From the apartment you can easily walk to many of Lisbon’s finest neighborhoods and public transport is easily accessible nearby. Public Transport: A metro station with 2 lines, Baixa - Chiado Metro Station, is the nearest, just 2 minutes walking distance as well as many buses that will connect you to everyplace in Lisbon. Train: Railway stations are also a short 5-10min walk away. From there you can catch trains to Sintra (from Rossio Station) or to Cascais (from Cais do Sodré Station) or even boat stations that can take you to the beaches around Lisbon. The Check-in's after 8 pm are charged a fee of 20 €, and please ask until if have availability. Is mandatory to provide the passport or total identification of all guests before your arrival or in the check in. This obligation is request by portuguese foreign services and borders (SEF).

Your apartment has two bedrooms, one with access to a small private terrace. There is also a larger terrace off the main lounge area which is large enough for 4 guests to dine ‘alfresco’ In addition to the apartment and it’s outside terraces, you have exclusive access to the lovely Moroccan garden, bbq & dining area, sun loungers and plunge pool. Host is available virtually 24 /7 for assistance. My partner & I live in the ground floor apartment. Although we keep a quiet profile we are always there to hive advice on restaurants, beaches, activities etc The apartment lies a 5-minute walk from stunning Centianes Beach. The area features incredible cliff walks to Algar Seco or along the cliffs to the beaches of Carvalho and Benagil. A half dozen restaurants sit within easy walking distance of the home. For a short stay of less than a week then a car is not really necessary. Taxis are plentiful, particularly with the recent introduction of ‘Uber’. There are many airport transfer companies who will drop you at the door and remove the stress of driving. Some guests arrive by taxi transfer, spend a few days exploring the area then hire a car locally for a few days. There is also bike, scooter and motorcycle hire in town. How active or how lazy do you want to be? If you like walking then this is a paradise. Similarly if you enjoy the beach and waterspouts then Centianes has everything - do a boat trip to the caves from there or hire a kayak and have some fun. Feeling lazy? Sunbathe on the beautiful beach then sip a cocktail in the O Stop restaurant where you sit with your toes literally in the sand. The apartment is a 5-minute stroll from the stunning Centianes Beach. Here you can sit at O Stop restaurant with your toes in the sand, you wont want to leave. The area features incredible cliff walks, the amazing Hanging Valley in one direction or connect to the Algar Seco boardwalk in the other direction. The house is very quiet and comfortable, equipped with everything you need, for a quiet and relaxed holiday. We are located just 30 meters from the train station, and you can have acces to restaurants, pharamcy and supermarket in less than a minute. Hope you have a good time in Estoril and enjoy the house. During your stay, you will have access to all amenities from the house, and any extra necessity does not hesitate to ask. Contacting via WhatsApp São João do Estoril is a quiet locality with several restaurants, supermarkets and is close to Parque das Gerações, on the way to Azarujinha beach. After the beach, it is worth ending the day with a delicious ice cream from the famous Santini. The house is just 20 meters from the train station, a step walk and you ready to visit Lisbon, Cascais and get a bus to visit Sintra( Cascais Station). Our coast is famous for is calm, good weather all year round and of course a place where you can take some time to relax. You will have free wi-fi as well 50+ channel TV and NETFLIX and PS4 .
