Fully renovated in 2016, this contemporary lovely "cosy" XVIII house is ideally located in a an old quiet neighborhood still within Porto´s Unesco World Heritage area and close to its vast and magnificent historical center (20 mins walking distance). Also close to the city seaside promenade avenues, gardens and beaches, just 30 mins walking distance. All public transports stops are just 3 mins from the house at the river front that take you anywhere including Porto´s historical vintage tram.

Sea Roots - Garden Zone 1

Sea Roots "Garden Zone 1" is located in a small farm by the sea, in Mosteiros. It's composed by one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and private garden, as well as barbecue area. The town is very charming, a favourite for holidays amongst the island residents for its sunny weather, rock pools, fishing, diving and the amazing sunsets, which can only be contemplated from the western tip. There's a couple beach bars just steps away, where small meals and drinks can be enjoyed.

There are about 10 hectares, surrounded by water in about 2/3 of its extension being an ideal place for nautical and terrestrial sports. Well equipped and decorated, the Bungalow dos Araçás is an apartment that consists of a double bedroom, toilet and living area with kitchenette and living room, where a sofa is available that can serve as extra bed (1.80m long, for one person). The outdoor area includes large greenspace, deck with pictures views of surrounding landscapes and a barbecue grill. It also includes a shared swimming pool area.

Dona Florinda's houses, composed of two bungalows, were built taking advantage of the inserted area, with two large balconies (one of them suspended) overlooking the best landscape - the village and the mountains. It offers a private and quiet space to rest and watch the children play, or practice sports: mountain (on the PNPG trails) or river (canyoning) and get to know our lagoons.
