Boat vacation rentals in Portugal

Stay for a week, we were hosted very well by Tita, always listening in case of problems! The boat was very good, functional and nice! Recommended! Thanks for everything!

This is my first time staying in a house, it was a very novel experience. Mr. Paulo is very responsible and gave a very detailed introduction and help when we first checked in, and also recommended a lot of places to visit nearby, all very interesting. The houseboat may be shaking a bit because there is a boat on the river in the daytime, and it will be smooth at night.

What a delightful experience! Staying on this boat was not only super affordable but also incredibly fun. The boat itself has a charming, cozy vibe, and waking up to the gentle sway of the water was such a treat. The space inside is snug, but that’s all part of the unique adventure. The best part? The bathrooms onshore were just a short walk away, well-maintained, and nicely set up, so no worries about comfort. If you’re looking for a quirky and enjoyable stay that’s easy on the wallet, this is the place for you. Highly recommend for a one-of-a-kind experience!

It was a lovely time. We ended up enjoying a nice meal and had a lot of fun. The boat was super clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

The boat is spacious and very well equipped, you have everything you need to cook and eat. Bed are comfortable. The marina itself is nice, quite small, with a very nice view and next to the beach. The owner João is very friendly, accomodating and will do everything he can to make your stay perfect.

Had a wonderful experience staying in this amazing location. Particularly loved being able to see the beautiful sunset in the evening, as well as the moon and stars while lying in bed.

Using the boat as accommodation is a unique experience that I can only recommend. The sunsets on the boat are especially fantastic! Free secure parking is available within walking distance and Filipa also welcomed me in a very friendly way and gave tips for the extremely beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

What a woman Lamia is and what a great experience! Myself and my sister were looking for an adventure and this is definitely what we got! You can tell Lamia is passionate about sharing her wonderful once in a lifetime experience living on a boat. If you’re an adventures spirit wild soul then this is for you. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing, Lamia communicated well and we enjoyed using the kayak to explore around the boat and to and from the island. It was interesting to learn the tide times and wake up in a beautiful location to ourselves. It’s like camping on a boat but with that you get a once in a lifetime experience in nature to yourself. Would recommend and I’ll be going back for sure. Also make sure to take some food and water of what you need for supplies on the boat. The island is easily accessible too with cafes and restaurants ✨ Thankyou so much Lamia for a wonderful stay :)

Just what we needed as we were expecting friends to sail down from Porto so we were all able to be in the same moorings -ideal! The boat was a great spot to stay and comfortable for three people. The location is central and has everything you need with the market just over the road.

The host was extremely welcoming and responsive. We got very good instructions how everything works. The boat was so cozy and had everything we needed for a lovely little weekend vacation.

A fantastic young man for a knack for the water, his boat instills wisdom and lets you really capture what it really means to be Portuguese. A fantastic stay 10 out of 10 Bravo.

Joana's boat experience was exciting for someone who usually lives on land most of the time. You get the whole experience, most of the boats living features are available, there's plugs in the sleeping and main areas and lights everywhere. The location is also in the heart of Belém where there's great restaurants if you cross the main road or just walk on the same side of the dock. If there's a complaint I'd have it'd be related to how most boats are so it's not something I would expect from any other similar experience. The bathroom smells awful when flushing and there's no private shower - the available showers are shared by all the dock users and the men's shower area smells horrible. Overall I'd say it was a 9.5/10 experience and well worth if you're interested in sleeping like a baby being rocked gently back and forth in a docked boat and Joana's friend Marta gave a great explanation into how to live in a boat. :)

Gelso was an amazing host, helped us with everything and gave us an early check in for free. Boat was so nice, a bit of a hassle if ur tall, but great for a few nights. Would definitely go again!

Drinking a Super Bock and sleeping in a boat was so nice !

A great boat in a great spot. It is small but comfort, everything is present. The location is good, the showers at the harbor are super tasty; hard jet and warm. Ubers can be found along the road quickly. Nice boulevard to walk, is right between attractions. I had chosen this boat because of the bikes that were there and they were not available that was the only thing I found unfortunate. Otherwise enjoyed!

Everything was great! A really good experience

We had such an amazing stay the first time that we decided to come back! Pedro is a fantastic host, very helpful and available. The boat itself is cozy, spacious enough and has all the services you might need (toilet, shower, microwave, stove…). The interiors are carefully crafted and the space is optimised to a t, with the whole main cabin of the boat easily converting from a dining area to a comfy double bed. Miss daisy is definitely a little gem and now a place of the heart for us. We hope to come back soon!

My 8 nights were a memorable and personally new/unique experience for me. Best sleep I’ve had in years. The host was a pleasure to meet. And clearly genuine and ready to help if you were to need anything. There is an entire strip of restaurants, cafes, bars along the marina promenade. A grocery store a few min walk. It takes around 25-30 mins to get to the city center via bus (walking time included). If you’re like me, having never been on a sailboat, you won’t be disappointed with the experience.
