The Apartment The apartment has been recently restored and it is located in Mouraria, a very authentic Lisbon neighborhood in the city center, allowing you to enjoy Lisbon's true spirit. The apartment has one mezzanine (bedroom), one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, sharing the space with the living room. - Mezzanine: with a king size bed (160cmx200cm). - Bathroom - with a big shower and equipped with hair-dryer. - Living room: it has a sofa with a LED TV on the opposite wall, great natural light and a french balcony. - Kitchen - fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle. - Other amenities - free Wi-Fi and cable TV. We also provide 100% soft cotton sheets and towels, shampoo and shower gel. The Neighborhood - The best location to discover Lisbon The best thing about the apartment is its great location: - walking distance of many of Lisbon's finest districts including Baixa, Graça, Alfama, Bairro Alto and the city castle - 5 minutes walk away from metro ('Martim Moniz' station) and tram (number 28E (the 'tourists tram') and 15E (to Belém)) - 10 minutes walk away from the beautiful Rossio train station (to go to Sintra) - 1 minute walk away from two local mini supermarkets and 500 meters away from LIDL How to get here If you are flying to Lisbon, there are two options: - the taxi. It costs approx. 15 euros and it takes approx. 15 minutes (after you spend a while in the queue). - the metro, that you can catch at the airport station (red line). It costs approx. 2 euros per person and it takes approx. 40 minutes to get to your exit station: the 'Martim Moniz' station (green line). If you are coming by train (exiting on 'Oriente' or 'Santa Apolónia' train stations), you can catch the metro and exit at the 'Martim Moniz' station. The Alves da Veiga Rooftop is located in downtown Porto, just 2min away from Mercado do Bolhão. It’s a 200sqm loft with 2 bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), 2 bathrooms (both downstairs), a spacious terrace and 2 balconies. It's full of light and space for up to 4 people. You can park your car in our private parking space and take the elevator to the rooftop. The spacious terrace is ideal to relax after a long day and enjoy a bottle of wine while overlooking the Downtown skyline!

The Green Studio - VERDE

This studio is housed in an old house recovered in 2005. There are 3 studios distinguished by 3 colors: Blue, Green and Yellow. This is the Green studio with an extraordinary view of the Atlantic Ocean with waves crashing right at your feet. Decorated simply but with everything you need for your stay. It has a large double bed and two somiers in the living space where two more people can sleep. It's an open space. The main bed is separated from the rest by a screen-like wall

Villa Janna's Studio Loft - close to the beach

Villa Janna is close to the city center, restaurants, supermarkets and local commerce. You’ll love it because of the location, outdoor space, and ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with small kids). The location is great: only a 10 to 15 minutes walk from the old town center (Porta d'Armas), and about the same from the beautiful D. Ana, Camilo & Porto de Mós 'postcard perfect' beaches. We are also a bike-friendly house.

We are located in the middle of the valley of Pedralva, peaceful and quiet, far away from mainstream tourism and yet the famous surfing beaches of Amado and Bordeira are 5 minutes away by car. Surrounded by nature, hammocks in our cork oak forest invite you to relax and our own lake invites you to swim. Two restaurants and a bar are a 5-minute walk away. Nearby small fishing villages such as Carrapateira, Vila do Bispo, Aljezur or Lagos are worth a visit.

The studio is part of the large authentic private house of the Dutch owners, located in Provesende, a traditional and, for several years, protected wine village in the heart of the Douro Valley. UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the house are three studios with their own entrance and two rooms. The garden and swimming pool are for communal use.
