Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Porticello

We loved the place! The view is stunning and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Filippo is really friendly and communicating with him was quick. Shower was a bit chilly and sometimes there was a bit more music from the beach than we would have appreciated but we will keep very fond memories of this place.

Hosts were really firendly. They left us some bakery products, water, beer and grapes. It was lovely. We also had a small problem with the alarm and they helped us in 5 minutes. We wanted to check-in half an hour earlier and they allowed us. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean - there were some ants, but the ants were also in our second apartment, where we stayed, so I guess it's normal :) We got to park right next to the apartment. The little city itself is cute, but there wasn't really anything to do. We loved one bakery that was like 150 meters from the apartment. We mostly went to Palermo by car. We cooked almost every dinner in the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed - bowls, knives, salt, oil etc. One of the hotplates did not work but it was okay. Overall we would recommend this place, it was cute and the design was awesome, you could park for free. But just keep in mind, that you shall need a car to drive to bigger cities/beaches.

Very good hosting by Vincenzo, very responsive, helpful. Well-located accommodation, close to the castle, on a quiet little street, as described. Parking is available not too far away for free.

We had a great time staying at the large spacious villa. A real nice view from the terrace on the pool and sea and garden! Very friendly and helpful host Guiseppe. I can really recommend this beautiful villa!

Thank you to Silvia and her family for a wonderful restful holiday. The garden is beautiful, pool area relaxing and property private and had everything we needed. Supermarket, lovely Panificio nearby for all food needs, Local train stations and choice of many restaurants.

Apartment in a very good location, 5 min walk to the train station. close to all the things to see on foot, restaurants and bars. for shopping, there is a Lidl 5 minutes away, otherwise convenience stores at the bottom of the building. The apartment is on the 1st floor and overlooks a very commercial and lively street. and finally Eleonora is very welcoming and accommodating in terms of arrival times (past 9.30 p.m. for me)

Our first vacation together could not have had a better start – Palermo enchanted us, but the loft was our very personal favorite place. Every morning began with light and lightness, every evening ended in tranquility and coziness. Thank you for the cordiality, the accessibility and for creating a temporary home with so much love. cute room with basic cooking facilities. amazing view from the rooftop terrace, and also a small balcony in the room overlooking the street. a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants, but surprisingly quiet at night. a really convenient location for exploring palermo! we hope to return to palermo in the future, and stay at sven's place again!

This apartment was a total gem. While rustic in feel, it was a unique, authentic space with a beautiful view ! The location is great; close to 4 canti, yet a few blocks away to allow for some quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Lydia was a great host, too!!

Paola’s place is beautiful and in a perfect location. It had everything we needed. The outdoor patio was amazing with views of the old town. Paola was always available when we had questions. Would definitely go back!

This is the perfect place from which to explore the wonderful historic centre of Palermo! The flat is gloriously restored - you feel like Sicilian nobility strolling through the beautiful rooms on cool tiled floors and out onto the balconies. We arrived late in the evening but this was not a problem, Anna and her father could not have been more accommodating. There is a vibrant and bustling market in the street outside (but this was no bother at all from the first floor).

Giovanni and Marina were fantastic hosts. They explained everything very clearly and they accommodated a few things we needed with a smile- it was very kind and more than necessary. I will stay here again and refer friends to stay here as well. The terrace for coffee in the morning is a priceless way to start the day.

Our stay here was absolutely incredible! The apartment itself was one of the most beautiful, updated, and spotless places we’ve ever stayed in. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, and the space was both comfortable and stylish. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the city on foot. From the moment we arrived, Angelo was so kind and welcoming—he took the time to get us fully situated and made sure we had everything we needed. He also gave us some amazing local recommendations which helped us make the most of our time in Palermo. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Dorothée and Vito's. It has all the amenities you would need and very comfortable. Our hosts were very kind and friendly; made us feel at home. We loved the dogs, Kika and Gasto and Puma the cat! Would definitely recommend.

I stayed in Toni's place for 3 nights. The terraces is a fantastic bonus, perfect for breakfast and relaxing in the evening. The location is great, lots of restaurants around. The steps were not a challenge at all. I highly recommend staying here.

First time using airbnb and could not have asked for a better experience, fantastic host who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in regards to the surroundings. Not only was it close to the absolute best restaurants, But this was some 5 star living, almost didn’t want to leave this place was so cool! A spa and little hang out up the top and great space to watch tv after a big day of sun. Definitely recommend Palermo staying here!! Couldn’t have done better! Beautiful place to stay! Lovely host!

Giuliana and Roberta are super-friendly hosts who made everything easy for us. The apartment is beautifully presented with a tasteful mix of vintage and modern furniture, very comfortable and with everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. Some great cafes and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, this felt like a very safe neighbourhood. We'd definitely stay here again.

We wanted to explore the historic city of Palermo so chose this AirBnB because the location was perfect to visit so many places. It also looked stylish and comfortable with lovely outside views. We were not disappointed - and would return there to explore more of Palermo that we could not see this time.....not enough holiday!

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

Very nice accommodation! The place is very central, the apartment is above a bar in a street full of restaurants. This does ensure that it can be very noisy at night, until late. Alessandro had very sweetly put down earplugs. The apartment itself was neat, clean and organized. You have everything you need. Alessandro himself responds quickly and kindly and you get a lot of tips for the area!

Luis was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He went out of his way to accomodate us for an early check in as well. The apartment is true to the photos and is quite spacious, has all the necessary amenities, and is a great size for two people. You can definitely tell that lots of care has been taken when putting the apartment together.
