Exclusive and independent apartment within a splendid villa overlooking a delightful cove along the Addaura coastline, which links Palermo to the well-known Mondello beach. For guests who will not settle for a house just by the sea but want it ON the sea. Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

Casa Annarella è un appartamento di 35 m² situato a Porticello, difronte il mercato ittico e il lungomare. Comprende: un bagno con doccia, una camera da letto completa di armadio, un salotto/cucina dov'è possibile ospitare un terzo ospite nel divano letto. A soli 20 minuti da Palermo e 45 minuti da Cefalù; a piedi si raggiunge facilmente Bagheria, la città delle ville. Si informa i clienti che al check-in è prevista la tassa di soggiorno, 2€ a notte per persona, per un massimo di 6 notti.

A few steps from the house you will find restaurants and commercial activities. The apartment, recently renovated, is equipped with modern and welcoming furnishings, consisting of a single room (bedroom and kitchenette/living room), private bathroom and a small balcony.

A short walk from the renowned cove of Sant'Elia, and the charming harbor of Porticello, stands Villa Marina; an corner of absolute tranquility with an extensive garden in the shade of centuries-old pines. The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a living room with adjacent dining room, and a comfortable kitchen. In the garden, available to guests, a patio, a pergola with a large table, living rooms and sun loungers. Villa Marina also has access to the private sea.

Casa Villea - Big terrace with sea view

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.
