Tiziana, the owner, is cheerful and helpful and her apartment reflects all the standards described, indeed, everything goes beyond all expectations! Strategic and convenient location with all the amenities nearby (bakery and food😜). A quiet and characteristic neighborhood, in the heart of Palermo, which is full of life and movement just a few steps away. This is a spacious, modern and clean apartment with everything provided for a comfortable stay. It is on the ground floor, very quiet with the added bonus of the garden. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the old town but there are buses that go regularly from the top of the road. The buses run from the station too and the airport shuttle bus stops at the end of the road, so very convenient. Buses also go from the top of the road to Mondello which is the beach area. There are plenty of local restaurants too. We had a very good stay and would recommend.

Lucrezia was an awesome host! Always very responsive. The apartment was clean and beautiful. Great kitchen and balcony. Also the kitchen has everything you could need for cooking, even some spices. The apartment was clean and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Vito welcomed us very well, and gave us several little tips about our trip which was really nice, the place was perfect, nothing to complain about, just like on the pictures! Thank you so much! ☺️

Gaetano’s place was like a peaceful oasis - the property was very well manicured and the pool crystal clear and inviting. Gaetano is very friendly, accommodating and responsive. We had planned to stay for just one night after arriving in Palermo before moving on, but we enjoyed it and found it so relaxing that we asked to stay a second night. The first room we stayed in ended up having a plumbing issue, but Gaetano had it fixed immediately after we informed him and found a different apartment for us to stay for the second night - he is so helpful! We also enjoyed having access to bikes - Gaetano made sure they were in good condition for us so we could ride to the beach and bakery. We’ll definitely stay again the next time we visit Palermo!

Antonio's place is modern and functional, which we really enjoyed. We were also able to easily communicate with the latter. The apartment is very well located, close to trade and the highway, which is appreciated when you want to visit the surroundings.

The place was extremely nice and exactly matches the pictures. Communication with the host went smoothly and we were very warmly welcomed. All in all, definitely worth a recommendation.

I loved staying here…I felt like a local rather than a tourist. Very clean with everything you need. Local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to other parts of the island. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing host, great location, and great property! Salvatore is supernice . place was stocked with groceries enough for our stay. he brought us free breakfast twice during our stay. he provided us with snorkeling gear, cell phone chargers, etc.for free. Thanks Salvatore!

We had a great time at Leandro's place - the location was perfect for a weekend trip. We really enjoyed our aperitivo time at the large terrace.

Beautiful place. Consideration of a later checkout rather than hard stop at 10am can help guest with sudden disruption of travel plans, especially if small children involved. Other than that, A great getaway for a family.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Palermo with easy access to historic sites, great restaurants, markets, and local neighborhoods. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city. Arianna was an exceptional host—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. She provided excellent local recommendations that really enriched my experience, from places to eat to things to see off the beaten path. Great stay and very communicative host!

We had a great time staying at Rosalba’s apartment in Palermo. It was in a great location in the center of the historic center, there were markets nearby, the Palermo Cathedral, Quattro Canti, etc. There was plenty to do and we were just a minute away from plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment itself was beautiful, it was recently renovated and well curated. It was comfortable, homey, and had enough amenities. The pillows were also soft and comfortable, which is rare to find in the Airbnbs in Italy. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Sicily in the future!

The apartment was really perfect. Superbly equipped and the air conditioning was also great. With our rental car, it was quite difficult to find a parking space, but with the metro, the apartment would be great to reach.

Giuseppe’s apartment is really beautiful just like the photos and very comfortable. It is in a good location a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but within easy walking distance. It is close to Lolli Station and easy to get to the airport by train. Giuseppe was a wonderful host and very welcoming. He went out of his way to help us after we arrived in Palermo on an early ferry, and personally welcomed us to an early check-in. He provided great recommendations about places to visit and where to eat. He also checked in on us with messages to see that we were ok. I recommend Giuseppe’s place very highly.

The house was absolutely perfect. It is in brand new condition with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday! the hosts have put effort into making the place perfect and homely. Great attention to detail put into the renovation of the property. Location is very convenient just 30mins drive from Palermo and a 3 minute walk to the sea with great restaurants and ice cream! Armando also went above and beyond with communication and kindness and we really appreciate the great service and kind gestures
