As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. The building is in the historical centre of Porticello, a seaside village a few kilometres from Palermo, Monreale and Cefalù. A few metres away are the beaches of Olivella, the Bay of S.Nicolicchia and Sant'Elia where you can enjoy a good aperitif.

In an open space, there is a well-organized kitchen with a microwave oven and a peninsula, a double bed with a wardrobe, and two armchairs with a TV (satellite antenna).
