If you are looking for authentic Sicily away from mass tourism, this is the place to be! The apartment is on the raised ground floor of a historic building dating from 1929. The apartment is ideal for two people, possible for a maximum of four. Beaches are within walking distance, as are bars and the waterfront promenade with restaurants. The nature reserve at Capo Zafferano is perfect for coastal hikes, and the vibrant city of Palermo is just 20–30 minutes away by car or train (45–60 minutes to Cefalù).

Casa Annarella is a 35 m² apartment located in Porticello, in front of the fish market and the promenade. It includes: a bathroom with shower, a bedroom complete with a wardrobe, a living room/kitchen where you can accommodate a third guest in the sofa bed. Just 20 minutes from Palermo and 45 minutes from Cefalù; you can easily walk to Bagheria, the city of villas. Guests are informed that at check-in there is an accommodation tax of €2 per night per person, for a maximum of 6 nights.

The building is in the historical centre of Porticello, a seaside village a few kilometres from Palermo, Monreale and Cefalù. A few metres away are the beaches of Olivella, the Bay of S.Nicolicchia and Sant'Elia where you can enjoy a good aperitif.
