Beach house vacation rentals in Playa de las Américas

This location was perfect, especially if you're not a fan of burger bars and full English breakfast. Very traditional and unspoilt. The sound of the waves was wonderful. The apartment had everything you need, the fans were great. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Everything good quality. Local restaurants were amazing but, didn't get to try them all but we will definitely return to this resort and this place. We hired a car for the week and had no problems parking. But we said next time, we won't bother as we intend to have a more chilling week and sample the great eating places and go for walks. Thank you so much

We had a very pleasant stay in Los Gigantes. Check was very easy and the view is absolutely incredible.

We loved this place. Nothing to hear but the waves! So peaceful and relaxing, large terrace to sit or sunbathe. Small but fully functional kitchen, comfortable beds and sofa. Very easy to get to and an easy, almost flat walk to the town where there was a supermarket and a good selection of restaurants. Very easy to get to all the nearby tourist sights as not far from the TF1. Thanks Roberto - we will be back sometime!

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The property was clean, well maintained, modern, great facilities and as described. There was clear communication of how to check in, and the flexibility of adjusting our check out time to accommodate our later flight was really appreciated. Nothing was to much trouble from the host & any questions we had regarding local information was replied to quickly & very informative. Would definitely recommend this property & host, thank you so much for making our stay so easy🙂

We booked this villa at short notice after being let down by another host. Elena was very quick to respond and help us with check in information The villa was beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. Whilst the layout over 3 floors allowed privacy for our group, the lift wasn’t working which may be an issue for others Thank you Elena

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa! The setting was beautiful with stunning sea views, and the pool was incredibly clean with a perfectly comfortable water temperature. All the room amenities were complete and well-maintained. The host was super nice, incredibly patient, and very friendly. We highly recommend this place!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Anna's home. It was exactly as described and perfect for both my husband and I, as well as my 4 children. They loved the downstairs, the pool, and the added toys that we weren't expecting. There was a slight issue upon checking in, but Anna was there within the hour, eventhough it was almost midnight, to take care of it. We loved the location as well. We absolutely loved our stay and would stay here again for sure!

The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made everything super convenient. The outdoor area was a real highlight with plenty to do and space to relax—perfect for both chilling and entertaining. We arrived very late at the night. But Lucas was very kind and helpful. He is alway with quick response with our question. He checked the day we need to check out and let us know that we could check out a bit late due they had no reservation at that day. Very happy with Wei and Lucas. Would highly recommend this host and villa to our friends and relatives and everyone.

We had a really lovely stay at this villa. We are a family of 5 with 2 teenagers & a 6 yr old and we didn’t feel on-top of each other at all, it’s such a great space with the added bonus of a pool! Location is great. 1km walk to Del duque beach & 3km to Caleta and just around the corner from a shopping centre and restaurants. Zivile was a great host, we had drinks and snacks on our arrival and she was very quick to respond to any queries we had. We’ve all had such a lovely holiday, Thank you, would love to come back!

We stayed a week in Miguel's wonderful apartment. Needless to say, the terrace is the highlight of the house, where you can enjoy the sea view and the tranquility of the area during meals and moments of relaxation. Excellent area: quiet and peaceful neighborhood with parking always available and with easy access to all the main roads for all the island's destinations in a few minutes. The host is super kind and helpful!!

Grate house, amazing surroundings, at the golf course, sea views. A lot of walking paths around the house. Garage and grill were grate bonus for us.
