Beautiful open space, sea view and swimming pool in the heart of Las Americas, convenient to all amenities , fifty meters from the beach. You don't need to rent a car as you can easily reach everything on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hair dryer . From July 7 until the end of September 2025 there will be work to replace the elevator. ( the apartment is on the second floor) . I apologize for any inconvenience.

The apartment counts two bedrooms. a bathroom, living room-kitchen and a very spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, with table to eat and sofas to watch the sunset. There is high speed wifi and a desk with a chair to be able to work from the apartment. It has air conditioners in the living room and pedestal fans in the bedrooms.
