This has been our occasional rest retreat and now we're starting to rent it out for the first time, after renovating it. It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Non è necessario affittare l'auto poiché si raggiunge tutto comodamente a piedi. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, lavatrice lavastoviglie microonde frigorifero tostapane bollitore asciugacapelli . A partire dal 7 luglio fino a fine settembre 2025 ci saranno dei lavori di sostituzione dell’ascensore. ( l’appartamento è al primo piano) . Mi scuso per il disagio.

Appartement neuf avec vue imprenable sur la plage de Los Cristianos. Exposé ouest au dernier étage, l'appartement est inondé de soleil et bénéficie d'une lumière directe l'après-midi. Couchers de soleil au dessus de la mer! La chambre (lit queen size) est isolée et équipée d'un ventilateur de plafond et TV cablée. SdB avec double vasque, machines lave et sèche-linge. Donnant sur la promenade de Los Cristianos et ses multiples restaurants. L'immeuble dispose d'une grande piscine aménagée de 20m.

Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.
