Bungalow vacation rentals in Playa de las Américas

Jorge's bungalow is well located, restaurants, supermarket and the beach are within walking distance. The accommodation is simply equipped, it has everything you need for a short stay. Jorge is friendly and always easy to reach. Despite the direct neighborhood, it is very quiet.

Great location and comfortable home. The house is well equipped. Being used to a kingsize bed at home the somewhat smaller size bed took a couple nights to get used to, but no show-stoppers there. Thanks to the nice Canary weather we could always have breakfast on the terrace. While it doesn’t have much of a view, it’s spatious, comfortable and completely windfree. We never used the kitchen table. Not a problem for us, but if you have reduced mobility you need to be aware that there are a few stairs to get from street level into the house itself. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and close to the beach. Unfortunately the back entrance if the compound closest to the house was not open, but the other back entrance wasn’t much further.

Very nice, functional apartment. Well located, close (about 15 min by car) to Los Cristianos and Las Americas where most of the activities to do are (quad, jetski, diving, boat, etc.). However, do not leave any food lying around, otherwise you will have the pleasure of cohabiting with a colony of small ants😂. Otherwise nothing to say, the accommodation was really great. However, the scenery is beautiful, natural. The view from the bedroom is also very very pretty. At night, you can see a starry sky. This is really very beautiful. Small downside for the beach near the apartment, except for our friends who surf lol. There's a lot of wind, so a lot of waves and the sand flies away. To avoid being buried in sand, it's best to pay to be on the deckchairs on the beach. Martin was very responsive when we needed him and especially very friendly. I highly recommend it!

Estrella was very welcoming and helpful on arrival. The House was beautiful and spacious. All bedrooms were of a big size, and the kitchen had everything we required. The outdoor area was lovely and the sea view was amazing. The house was very close to the lovely beach and restaurants and shops were only 5 minutes away. We would definitely recommend.

what can you say about this place and Carlos. this is my second home ( in my dreams!) I love everything about the apartment, the surroundings. just everything. I SO looking forward to coming back again next year. (think it will be year 7)bring it on. thank you Carlos 🤝. see you soon

Lovely villa to stay in and have already recommended to friends also with a young family. The villa is located approx 5-10 minutes from the beach and within 5 minutes of shops and restaurants. We hired a car so we could sightsee, however you would not need a car to stay here as everything is within walking distance. Parking was tricky at times as no allocated parking space, however this did not put us off as there is a layby just up from the property which we used for dropping off/picking up etc. The property itself was spacious and the perfect size for our family of 5. Air conditioning made it extra comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for dining in when we chose to. The hot tub was a fun addition and not too hot so the kids could also enjoy. The communal swimming pool was a perfect size and just at the back of the villa. You can take a foldable bed down for your own use as the other residents do. A very pleasant stay and would happily stay again.

Such a nice little casita right on a clean, safe, accessible beach. Easy to walk everywhere. Also a more quiet spot in an otherwise ‘big hotel’ area. We hope to come again.

The apartment was really nice. Lovely location, in 5 min from the La Tejita beach. In the complex were two pools, one of it right next door to this apartment. Garage included. The apartment fully equipment, spacious. Host was very responsive. Definitely recommend.

It was a fantastic place to stay for 3 nights over Christmas. Very spacious at a great location. Not far from the beach at all. The sun loungers / hot tub were great too.. it meant that we didn't have to leave the place if we didn't want to. We would come here again 100%

Very happy with our stay here. we arrived and everything was clean and tidy, well represented and welcoming. As our flight arrived early they were very accomodating in an early check in and replied to our messages quickly. There is plenty of outdoor space to relax with a very large, amazing private pool which was very clean. the ONLY thing I could criticise is the lack of A/C in the bedroom. But we knew this before booking so this is being very picky. An open window and a fan on it was manageable. Overall we're extremely happy with our stay and are already looking at dates for next year!

We enjoyed it very much. When coming in, I felt at home, everything was clean and the amenities in the entire apartment very nice. We loved the washing machine, the dishwasher and air conditioning in all rooms. There was always a parking space in front of the house and a heated pool belongs to the complex, which almost only we used alone. It is a quiet neighborhood, as it is a cul-de-sac. The directions were easy to find and check-in worked great and easily with the instructions. The contact was very helpful and we immediately received a new parasol, as the old one was no longer usable. The view is a dream and you could see a great sunset from both levels every evening. We had planned a week for this accommodation, but then extended it there because we liked it very much. We'll be back

We had an amazing time, the apartment was clean and comfortable with useful amenities. The area was peaceful and the people are all very friendly, it’s in a great area with lots of local things to do! Thank you for having us Alexey ☺️

we had the best time away, nice and peaceful had everything we needed restaurants, nice walks, beach and supermarket, would definitely come back. lovely little house, just perfect.

The airbnb was much nicer than we were expecting, brilliant location as walkable to las americas but completely quiet and peaceful inside the complex. Bathroom smelt a little funny at times but apart from that minor thing it was a great stay and i’d definitely go back! The owners were also very responsive and helpful when I needed extra information.

San Miguel Village was easy to find. The Stunning front line location took our breath away. from the Huge Patio and lower grassed area, we could count 14 Palm Trees. The sun shone on gently rippling sea. Heaven. Interior is even better than the photos with lofty ceiling to the large ground floor. Sadly already booked for October 2025 so we will ask Marc to precooked and hold dates for 2026 in October. SIMPLY MUST RETURN. (not suitable for a mobility scooter/2 sets of Steps up to the Entrance Door from the community path.)

Wonderful holiday. The bungalow smells of wood, has its own clean, fragrant atmosphere. It is very warm, pleasant, inside decorated with butterflies like a fairy house. Beautiful view, peace and quiet, what more do you need ... you can immerse yourself in the jacuzzi, have a barbecue. As for me, heaven on earth. Very nice and helpful hosts Miguel and Sophia. I hope we will come back soon. I highly recommend it to everyone.
