We loved this place. Nothing to hear but the waves! So peaceful and relaxing, large terrace to sit or sunbathe. Small but fully functional kitchen, comfortable beds and sofa. Very easy to get to and an easy, almost flat walk to the town where there was a supermarket and a good selection of restaurants. Very easy to get to all the nearby tourist sights as not far from the TF1. Thanks Roberto - we will be back sometime!

Great location, right in the middle with a breathtaking view. Excellent amenities, everything was really available. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

We booked this villa at short notice after being let down by another host. Elena was very quick to respond and help us with check in information The villa was beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. Whilst the layout over 3 floors allowed privacy for our group, the lift wasn’t working which may be an issue for others Thank you Elena

Martin’s place was very nice, exactly like the photos, clean and good position. Terrace is beautiful!

The Villa is as seen in the photos, or almost better, with spectacular sea views from the teraza, the princpal bedroom, the living room and the kitchen. Private pool, large and clean. We paid to have the hot water and enjoyed it all the way. The Villa was clean and all the towels and savannas smelled great. In the closet of each bedroom there were pool towels, bath towel changes and linen changes. Very well equipped kitchen, bedrooms with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, living room with sofa + very large TV. Many places to sit both inside the villa and in the teraza. Smooth parking very close to the house. Small beach, shops and restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. I recommend Restaurante Tasca Don PEPE, Tapas and excellent meals and well-behaved and friendly staff. Many thanks to Tatiana and Galina for their professionalism and the good communication we had. I recommend the Villa 100% !!!

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

We had a great time at Anna’s place! We had a bit of an issue locking ourselves out almost right away after getting in and she was very responsive and came right away to open the door. The house is big and clean and my kids really appreciated all the children’s books and the box of toys. The pool was the main attraction and although it was quite windy, the pool was warm enough for my children to stay in for hours! Also huge bonus that Anna has lots of pool toys for the kids to use. Planes fly directly over the house which can be quite noisy but we got used to it and didn’t seem to bother us at night when we went to bed. The area itself has some construction going on on the roads so just something to keep in mind that traffic can be a little unpredictable but if walking there are lots of small supermarkets and restaurants nearby! My brother and father enjoyed golfing nearby as well.

We had such an amazing stay at this villa! It was spotless throughout, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made everything super convenient. The outdoor area was a real highlight with plenty to do and space to relax—perfect for both chilling and entertaining. The host was absolutely fantastic: friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, well-equipped villa in a great location with an exceptional host!

Grate house, amazing surroundings, at the golf course, sea views. A lot of walking paths around the house. Garage and grill were grate bonus for us.

Stayed 10 nights in Casa Nueva. The villas are centrally located in a peaceful quiet area, but close to all amenities of costa adeje. Its an excellent location for exploring the island we visited most areas of the South of tenerife, tiede and santa de cruz. The villas are huge we loved the feel of the casa nueva with its traditional decor but modern appliances. There are loads of seating areas to eat and relax. The villas are well equipped with everything that you would need. The villas are spotless and the housemaids were friendly and attentive. Check-in was very easy and Ruth provided us with all the necessary information and answered any questions. The outside space was lovely with beautiful plants and palm trees. The pool was never crowded and is heated and was cleaned regularly. Overall, we had a great experience in casa nueva, peaceful and central location, cleanliness, space available in and outdoor and the staff made this a perfect holiday. Hopefully return soon.

We arrived very late at the night. But Lucas was very kind and helpful. He is alway with quick response with our question. He checked the day we need to check out and let us know that we could check out a bit late due they had no reservation at that day. Very happy with Wei and Lucas. Would highly recommend this host and villa to our friends and relatives and everyone.

Maria and her team were great hosts and very accommodating . Irina was super response with every question I had. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here. The added bonus was , because of the pool, my younger son seems to overcome his fear of water and improved his swimming skill level.

We just stayed at this amazing Airbnb and were in awe from the moment we arrived. The house was beautiful, with stunning views, and easy to find. Tomas, the host, was friendly, helpful, and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I booked this on a whim since it was a new listing, and I’m so glad I did! The space was perfect for our group of eight women—each room had its own bathroom and a smart TV. The master had a balcony, and the lower floor had two more. The new hot tub was a lovely touch. We enjoyed breakfast with a view and spent evenings on the balcony with dinner and rum punch, watching the sunset. It was about a 20-minute walk into town, and taxis back were under 6 Euros. We all gave it 5 stars. I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to return!

We stayed a week in Miguel's wonderful apartment. Needless to say, the terrace is the highlight of the house, where you can enjoy the sea view and the tranquility of the area during meals and moments of relaxation. Excellent area: quiet and peaceful neighborhood with parking always available and with easy access to all the main roads for all the island's destinations in a few minutes. The host is super kind and helpful!!

Really enjoyed our stay in Aurora’s apartment. The space was clean and modern. The showers were lovely. The outside area was nice with a table and sunloungers. The was everything in the kitchen to cook meals which was great. The complex was very quiet, the pool area was a bit tired but that didn’t stop us using it every day. We also enjoyed watching the planes flying above. A great stay.
