Vacation rentals with beach access in Playa de las Américas

Amazing spot!! We’d 100% stay here again, lovely apartment with a truly gorgeous view over the horizon and sea from the balcony, and the place was spotless and clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Perfect location too, you can literally see Siam parks entrance from the corridor outside the apartment door, and it’s so close to shops, restaurants, pubs, electric scooter stands and of course the beach too. Also Olga was super accommodating as we had an issue with our flight and would arrive late but said it wasn’t a problem and had Claudio check us in personally who was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. Check in was super easy and it feels really safe as you need a key/ fob to enter the building. I’m so glad we chose this spot it was perfect!

Olga the host was brilliant. we always stay at this hotel. lovely place great settings and walking distance to everything. we always come back and recommend for anyone else.

We had a great stay at Katarzyna’s apartment from 31/05/25 to 07/06/25. She gave great detailed instruction on everything from check in to how to access the pool and info on all local amenities. Apartment was exactly as described, very clean and in a great location. Personally, we didn’t think noise from nearby bars was a problem at all. Didn’t bother us in the slightest but when you close bathroom window etc I think you can barely hear it at all. The pool bar was closed for staff holiday for the first few days but then when it reopened it had great food and drink options. This apartment is a great base to explore all of Tenerife. We walked all over. Very short walk to the golden mile/safari centre and a lovely walk either way to Los Cristianos or Costa Adeje and Fañabe beach. Couldn’t recommend this apartment enough for a great, reasonably priced, value for money holiday. We would love to return in the future. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely apartment. This was one of the most gorgeous places I have ever stayed. The pictures are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. The view is unmatched, and I truly shed a few tears when I saw it for the first time.🥲 Luc was a great host as well- helped us carry our bags up and was very responsive when I had a question halfway through the stay. Everything was clean, and the place was in perfect walking distance from restaurants, grocery stores, and a beautiful black sand beach! Just remember to pack good walking shoes, because the streets are not friendly to heels! 😝 Overall 10/10 stay

The apartment is gorgeous, pool area is great. There is also a cafe next to the pool which was lovely. Location is excellent, if you want a party you’re not too far from the nightlife, if you want a fancy meal and a chilled evening you’re not too far from some lovely restaurants.

This location was perfect, especially if you're not a fan of burger bars and full English breakfast. Very traditional and unspoilt. The sound of the waves was wonderful. The apartment had everything you need, the fans were great. Bed is huge and very comfortable. Everything good quality. Local restaurants were amazing but, didn't get to try them all but we will definitely return to this resort and this place. We hired a car for the week and had no problems parking. But we said next time, we won't bother as we intend to have a more chilling week and sample the great eating places and go for walks. Thank you so much

A beautiful house with excellent conditions, very close to the ocean, stunning views, a good restaurant nearby, the host is responsive and easy to communicate with — we are very happy with our stay and would gladly come back.

Victor's accommodation is a 2-minute walk from La Tejita beach, in a quiet, peaceful, and elegant residential setting. A 2-minute walk away, there is also a shopping mall with restaurants and a supermarket. The house is beautiful, with two beautiful outdoor spaces that are super enjoyable. The cleanliness, tidiness and amenities offered for our child (crib, beach toys, books) were also excellent. Victor was a super host, super helpful, able to give us tips on the area and super responsive in solving a problem with the coffee machine. It was a real pleasure to be your guest, we hope to see you again soon!

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. The property was clean, well maintained, modern, great facilities and as described. There was clear communication of how to check in, and the flexibility of adjusting our check out time to accommodate our later flight was really appreciated. Nothing was to much trouble from the host & any questions we had regarding local information was replied to quickly & very informative. The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

We loved our stay at Carmen’s especially the big terrace and how close to the Beach Carmen is a brilliant host always available even organised our taxi to airport thank you Carmen. X

Great apartment. Great Sea view. 12th floor but lift very reliable. Good Supermarket near by. Short costal walk into the centre of Los Cristianos. Large Bedroom. Very clean with everything you need.

We are super happy with our trip to Tenerife! Of course, we liked Tenerife a lot, but what made the trip extremely pleasant was Emilia's accommodation and Emilia herself, who is a wonderful person! He followed us throughout our trip with messages and tips on what to do, even taking the trouble to send us the destinations and following us step by step. She's so sweet and nice. The house, like her, is perfect in terms of location and also for the house itself, which has all the benefits: swimming pool, free and always free parking, kitchen, washing machine, etc. We will definitely come back and recommend all our friends to stay with her, as I recommend it to you! Had a lovely holiday everything you could hope for in a holiday the apartment had everything you needed and was very clean and in a really good location. Had a leak on the toilet in the first couple of days Mecki got it sorted within 24 hours was a great host

We have just had a great few days at Carmen Rosa’s apartment. When we got there we met Tamara’s mother who made us so welcome!! We were after a complete chill out break and this is what we got. The apartment I had everything you need, including a large balcony terrance which catches the sun most of the day. I would certainly recommend a car for your visit. There are a couple of local supermarkets but 2 larger ones (including a Lidl) only a few minutes drive away. The apartment is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed just sitting watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. I would really recommend This apartment.

Amazing apartment with all the home luxuries. Great kitchen and lovely bathroom and always hot shower. very communicative host, always willing to help and give recommendations. super convenient location and staff at apartment reception were very helpful. apartment was pristine when we arrived. pool was great and quiet always able to get a bed. would 100% recommend to stay here. We will definitely be back
