It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Located opposite the main bus station, 500 meters from the Magma Arte & Congresos and the Las Americas golf course. Only 800m away is Siam Mall and Siam Park, one of the largest theme water parks in Europe. Ideal accommodation for those who want to spend a few days enjoying the best of southern Tenerife.

You will be in the centre of popular area so prepare for sea breeze walks and sunsets. Only suits couples but we would accommodate extra beds for 2 kids. Not suitable for 4 adults. We are family friendly apartment. There is tennis court in the complex.

Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

There is no elevator, stairs to the third floor. The apartment is with all necessary to be inhabited. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything.
