It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. Refurbished studio apartment located in the centre of Playa de Las Americas, just 150 meters from the beach, close to shopping areas, restaurants, bars and the famous Veronicas nightclub strip. Located opposite the main bus station, 500 meters from the Magma Arte & Congresos and the Las Americas golf course. Only 800m away is Siam Mall and Siam Park, one of the largest theme water parks in Europe. Ideal accommodation for those who want to spend a few days enjoying the best of southern Tenerife.

Spacious and modern studio located in favourite Tenerife spot: Playa de Las Americas in El Dorado complex. Access via lift to sixth floor, beautiful sea view from the balcony, walking distance to all night life amenities and 5 min to the beach. You will be in the centre of popular area so prepare for sea breeze walks and sunsets. Only suits couples but we would accommodate extra beds for 2 kids. Not suitable for 4 adults. We are family friendly apartment. There is tennis court in the complex.

Bright studio steps from beach! No stairs!

Beautiful spacious studio with a separate bedroom and lots of light. Not facing parking lot! Facing a quiet outdoor space. Hi Speed WiFi, meters from the beach and minutes from spectacular Golden Mile and Los Cristianos, with all the shopping, restaurants and entertainment they offer. Our location is unique: we are by a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach. Uncommon, since many other areas would only offer a rock beach or the port. Bonus: being so close to the sea there are no steep walks uphill.

Located in a quiet area, where you will find all the amenities you need within walking distance. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, taxi... By car, you are just 10 minutes from El Duque beach and 5 minutes from the spectacular "Barranco del infierno" (Hell's Ravine) trail.

Very nice 2 bedroom apartment, completely renovated, large terrace with deckchairs, pool view, free Wi-Fi The apartment is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, safe. Swimming pool with seawater and heated, with deckchairs for 3 euros a day, and if you want more, the parasol 1 euro and the mattress 1 euro for the day The beach is a few minutes' walk away. The golf courses are about 15 minutes away.
