Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Playa de las Américas

We had a lovely time time, we took our 3 children and there was plenty of space, they loved the dipping pool. It only took 10 mins to walk to Siam Park and the mall is at the bottom of the road which has a supermarket. Everything was as described and the views are amazing. When we come back to Tenerife we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, we had a great stay.

Small beautiful cottage in the middle of a banana plantation… insanely beautiful! We felt super comfortable. Large parking lot and only a few meters from the houses. Each house has a terrace that was perfect for breakfast or relaxing evenings. (A few salamanders like to stop by briefly in the morning) The bathroom is really nice & modern, the kitchen is super equipped (although without a dishwasher, but you don't need it) but with all the others & a coffee machine. The pool seemed clean, but we didn't use it at all. The reading corner as a lounge is a dream!!! We were more than satisfied. :)

Gorgeous venue with a fabulous host. Other reviews have noted that it's a heated pool and not a hot tub. This was lovely for our baby on an afternoon in March when the temperature was a bit warmer, but not suitable for sitting in on an evening. A car is absolutely required too. If you book this venue knowing these two things, you'll have a wonderful time. A highchair and a travel cot were provided for our baby, and a lovely welcome platter and drinks were waiting for us when we arrived. We had a small issue with the highchair straps being broken, and we had a new highchair I think within an hour. We found the hosts were quick to respond, and eager to make our stay as good as possible. The venue was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would come back.

The apartment from Natalia & John was great! Within walking distance from good restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. So very central but in a quiet neighbourhood. Everything we could think of was there; beach umbrellas and chairs included. They allowed us to do a late check out which was very nice. We very much recommend this house in Alcala if you want to explore Tenerife and you don’t like the big resorts and the very touristic places like los cristianos.

We had the most wonderful 3 weeks in Tenerife you could ask for! The apartment delivers everything it promises! Roberto is a sensational host! He got an extra high chair and dishes for our 1 year old daughter! When we arrived, everything was nicely prepared and we were expecting chilled drinks and a gift for our daughter. Roberto provided us with great tips for the island and was always available for questions. We were lucky enough to meet him and his wife Astrid in person😊. We will definitely be back! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and easy. The apartment was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. We loved the warm pool, the quiet atmosphere, and the convenience of having parking. It felt like a peaceful retreat in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

beautiful apartment, beautiful view, very private pool, lovely hosts who picked us up from airport, nice beds, spacious living room with massive tv for chilling after long days and very very quiet. if youre looking for a chilled out private holiday with no complications, this apartment is perfect also walking distance to everywhere with some hills on the way back but I hired a car so didn't really experience that too much. definitely would recommend to anyone 👌 thanks

The apartment was in a great location, only 50m from the beach and 400m from shops and restaurants.

We loved our stay at Carmen’s especially the big terrace and how close to the Beach Carmen is a brilliant host always available even organised our taxi to airport thank you Carmen. X

Great apartment. Great Sea view. 12th floor but lift very reliable. Good Supermarket near by. Short costal walk into the centre of Los Cristianos. Large Bedroom. Very clean with everything you need.

We chose the apartment for its area and view. The sunset from the balcony every evening is absolutely stunning. The apartment is small but has everything it needs, we didn’t miss anything. We stayed here for 2 weeks and felt like home :) The pool is very clean. Excellent location. There’s a shop right downstairs and many others in the area.

We are super happy with our trip to Tenerife! Of course, we liked Tenerife a lot, but what made the trip extremely pleasant was Emilia's accommodation and Emilia herself, who is a wonderful person! He followed us throughout our trip with messages and tips on what to do, even taking the trouble to send us the destinations and following us step by step. She's so sweet and nice. The house, like her, is perfect in terms of location and also for the house itself, which has all the benefits: swimming pool, free and always free parking, kitchen, washing machine, etc. We will definitely come back and recommend all our friends to stay with her, as I recommend it to you! Very nice and functional apartment. We set up an office and workplaces so we could work for the 2 weeks we were in Maria's apartment. There were really good tables and chairs, and the layout of the apartment was perfect for this purpose. The apartment is modernized and has a newer bathroom, a well-appointed kitchen/living room and a very nice balcony. There are a few minor downsides to the apartment, such as a very small fridge as well as a very soft bed. I wrote this to Maria, and she has said it will be fixed. One last thing to consider is that the apartment is in the part of the building that is near the road, so there may be some noise. But no big problem. We slept well at night anyway.

We have just had a great few days at Carmen Rosa’s apartment. When we got there we met Tamara’s mother who made us so welcome!! We were after a complete chill out break and this is what we got. The apartment I had everything you need, including a large balcony terrance which catches the sun most of the day. I would certainly recommend a car for your visit. There are a couple of local supermarkets but 2 larger ones (including a Lidl) only a few minutes drive away. The apartment is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed just sitting watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. I would really recommend This apartment.

Accommodation as shown in photos, the host is responsive and very nice, the setting fabulous, just a little noisy because it's close to the airport. We advise

What a lovely place to stay. Excellent views, everything you needed was there. Host was amazing with excellent communication. Smell of cannabis was very strong everywhere though which was a shame. Host was very supportive with checking out and let us stay longer due to flight times. Only downside was we didn't hire a car and it was very steep up the roads but that's how you have amazing views. Would definitely stay again. Thank you 😊
