Villa vacation rentals in Playa de las Américas

Petra's delightful home was perfect for our three generation holiday.-very well equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, huge wardrobes with plentiful hangers, full sized cot, 2 high chairs, plenty bathrooms. The garden was huge -lots of seating areas and the pool was lovely and warm. It is as green as the photographs, full of birdsong, completely enclosed and private so very safe for kids. The house is only a few minutes drive from all facilities. The Rosa Center at Playa Paraiso has free parking, supermarket, shops & restaurants, play facilities for kids and good coffee. The beach at Callao Salvaje is even closer with umbrellas, restaurant, bar and part time lifeguard. Again free parking and good shopping nearby. Petra met us on arrival to show us round and kept in touch to ensure we had everything we needed-even from her hospital bed following an accident! The checkout was a helpful midday, with her niece arriving to collect the keys. A most relaxing, happy holiday.

Was a completely enjoyable stay, the whole house was so lovely and the pool and garden was a complete suntrap so just what you need on holiday! A gorgeous sea view from the garden. So clean and so modern. Location was perfect! Just a little bit out of the main town/beach but that’s exactly what we needed! A short 5 minute journey into the town if that’s what you wanted but if not you had a choice of a restaurants and local bars around. Shops are so close by also. The photos do not give this place the credit!! Will definitely be coming back. Host was so lovely and responsive, even when we locked ourselves out of the house, he came within 20 minutes and got us back in. Couldn’t fault anything about our stay and if we could put more stars we would. Cooking facilities were brilliant and the dart board was a beautiful touch to the evenings. Pool was so big and lovely, even was heated which made it even more enjoyable. We spent most of our days here as we couldn’t believe how lovely it was.

It was our first time to Tenerife, and we were lucky to have chosen Cristina as our host. Extremely responsive and always armed with good suggestions, she and her husband genuinely want their guests to discover Tenerife beyond the ordinary tourisme. The house itself is perfect for a family of 4, like us. Very very clean! Large dining room/kitchen downstairs, very well equiped (it has more stuff than I do at home!), cosy bedrooms upstairs, bunk beds for the kids and a huge bed for the main bedroom with a beautiful view over the sea and marina. The house is part of a larger compound with attached houses, pool and mini pool. It was very quiet during our stay on Easter vacation. There is a walking path just next to the complex, you can use it to run, to explore the nature (following Cristina’s suggestions) or simply to walk to the other side of the resort and go for a drink or dinner. Overall, great stay and great hosts, thank you again Cristina and Benigno!

What a wonderful stay we had at Bella's villa. We were a family and friends ages 10 up to 70. My father is a wheelchair user and the lift was amazing, we were able to bring him into the villa through the garage and he then had access to all floors. The villa is modern and clean with plenty of space for everyone. The outside area's are fantastic too and we all enjoyed the heated pool. The location is very good, you are withing a 5 minute walk to a small supermarket and lots of great bars and restaurants. We would love to come back and stay here. We were so sad to leave. The house was wonderfully spacious, clean and is in a quiet area. It felt like home. It cooled inthe evening we had the small heater on, it gave wonderful warmth as long as the doors and curtains are closed. Everything was present as in the description, enough bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels etc... even detergent. The contact with Kira went through the app, she responds quickly and neatly. The combination of a private pool and the large pool was ideal. In the district there is a restaurant Molus - Italian here you can eat deliciously. Within walking distance with a bit of climbing 10 - 15 min. We enjoyed it here! Thanks!

Casa Jable was exactly what we hoped for and more, the house and pool area are designed beautifully and kept immaculate. Nice touches with bath robes and extra towels and thanks to Ruth for having a few things in the fridge for us Hope to be back same time next year

We booked this last minute as we had been let down by a hotel nearby. Natalia allowed us to check in early which was appreciated. The property is fantastic, large open plan, great pool and the best ocean views. Thank you, this is a stunning Villa and we had a nice relaxing holiday. Also secure and safe for kids.

Group of ten stayed at Marie Teresa's villa for a golf trip. Loads of space to move around in so we were never on top of each other, and the suntrap courtyard/pool area was outstanding. It really is a big villa, and the large gated parking area was perfect as we had three rental cars with us. Could it be improved? Yes. Some updating is required for it to be a truly standout property but value and location were absolutely perfect for our needs, and we wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Beautiful villa in the hills of Costa adeji, with some of the best views from the top floor terrace and so peaceful Erika was extremely helpful throughout the stay Couldn’t fault in anyway and would recommended very highly. Definitely visit again

Wow! Faustos villa was even better in person than it looks in the pictures. Every little detail had been thought of and we really did feel like we were at home which was great given we had our 8 month old baby with us! I could not recommend enough. Fausto was great at communicating and the villa was in the perfect setting. Sunsets are amazing! Views are amazing and it’s far out of Adeje enough to be peaceful but close enough to be in easy reach of the hustle and bustle. Will 100% return and 100% recommend. Thankyou for having us Fausto!!

We spent a lovely week in this villa which is well situated in a quiet area and nearby a supermarket. The large terrace and the heated swimmingpool were much appreciated. We could join Lilia very easily and she was very efficient. We recommend this location.

A beautiful villa which was reflected in the photos. Spotlessly clean, lovely decor and felt homely. Perfect for our family of 5 with our girls aged 16, 13, 9. Host was very responsive and friendly. A short walk down hill to restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, without a touristy feel which we loved. We ate out every night. Up the hill there are walks you can do up the mountain with great views. We hired a car which i would recommend unless you don’t plan on venturing further out. The only downside was the very cold pool which is not heated, which is a shame so we rarely used it due to this. Overall a fabulous stay. We would return.

Our stay here was wonderful, the space was totally incredible, the bedrooms where comfortable and pristine. The living rooms incredibly comfortable and the large downstairs space offered a lovely evening retreat. Not only was there welcoming gifts to get us started with our stay everything about this wonderful home made us feel relaxed and made the holiday absolutely special!

It was a fantastic stay, we all had the best time! Anything we needed help with, the lovely villa plus team were very responsive. Everything we needed for our stay was in the villa, there are local shops down the hill to stock up. The pool was amazing, very nicely heated. Everyone we dealt with during our stay was very kind, understanding and always quick to help when needed. The house is very cozy and quite spacious,everything you need to enjoy the stay,very complete with everything you need, 5 minutes walk from the beach, we are very mindful for the next family vacation,the host is always very attentive for any query, I recommend it 100x100.

Fantastic villa, everything was clean and tidy, the water temperature in the pool was perfect. We couldn't have asked for better

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Maximus. The house was spacious and perfect for our group of four, with all the amenities we needed. Our teenage boys loved the heated pool! Janie was a great host, meeting us at the villa and providing some essentials for our first evening. We rented a car via Auto Reisen as recommended — the directions were clear and the villa was easy to find. The location was ideal, close to supermarkets, restaurants, and family activities. We went whale watching, played tennis and mini golf at Tipsy’s, and had great meals at Maria Rosa’s in the harbour (amazing local food) and Mamma Lucia (fantastic Italian and seafood). We also enjoyed Siam Park and Loro Parque — perfect days out for the kids. A peaceful, beautiful haven with stunning views. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, better than the photos actually. Really light nice rooms big balcony and hot tub nice downstairs garden area and big shared swimming pool in the complex. The whole complex is so pretty as well with lots of flowers and plants as you walk through. Right outside is a supermarket and it’s right on the beach literally a 30 second walk.

I can only underline the previous reviews in bold. Elena and her husband are always available and have a suitable solution for every question. You not only get an Airbnb that corresponds 1:1 to the pictures, but a Tenerife guide, much more amenities than you know from other Airbnbs and very friendly, with emphasis: hosts. The location is quiet, yet Aldi, Lidl & Mercadona are within 5 minutes. All spots in the south can also be reached within 15-20 minutes. We felt very comfortable at all times and would be happy to come back. Six out of 5 stars.
