Very close to the shopping center, supermarkets, restaurants, promenade, beaches and Lake Martiánez. The apartment has a double bed and a sofa, with the possibility of folding down and sleeping a child or an adult (ask). It has a community swimming pool and limited community parking. There is a possibility to ask for an extra cot.

I am an ancient finca rústica in a new guise and live at 550 meters above sea level in Icod de los Vinos in the green north of the island. Behind me I see the majestic Teide volcano, in front of me lies the wide Atlantic. You have to experience living here. Our lovely, small apartment with terrace (communal) and incredeble views is perfect for 2 quiet, healthy adventurous people. The white and blue fisherman-style apartment on the fifth floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR), is newly refurbished, near the harbour, old town and beach. There is a free big park place only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, " Parking el Muelle ".
