At a unique spot on the southern slope of Piesendorf with breathtaking views of a magnificent mountain landscape lies the luxurious Chalet Sonnenheim. The hiking and biking trails start at the front door. The ski resorts of Zell am See, the glacier of Kaprun(Oct. to May) Saalbach and Kitzbühel are within easy reach. Piesendorf itself also has a small ski area. Ideal for tobogganing and for children. The golf courses of Zell am See, Mittersill and Saalfelden are also a short distance away.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.
