Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

The apartment is completely separated from the main house, with a separate entrance. It is in a perfect location between Kaprun (Kitzsteinhorn or Maiskogel) and Zell am See (Schmittenhöhe). Ideal for all winter sports enthusiasts and avid hikers. Also only 2 km to the Tauern SPA Kaprun and 10 minutes' walk to the swimming pool in Piesendorf. The apartment is new, modernly furnished and well equipped. Quiet but still central 2.5 km from Maiskogel - closest ski slope.

The Tauern Spa or the Kaprun Glacier are just a few minutes away. Zell am See can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or train.

The cozy 2-room apartment is located in a former apartment hotel between Kaprun and Zell am See. The apartment on the 2nd floor is south-facing and offers a large balcony. In summer, a large outdoor pool is available for all residents to share. Golf course, Tauern-Spa, sports airfield, swimming lake, restaurants, etc. are minutes away. Winter: Ski bus very close by. A ski cellar with ski boot warmer is available in the house.
