With solar and wood heating, as well as a new PV system, you live absolutely climate-neutral. Internet is available, but slow. Chickens, sheep, cats, alpine pasture, children welcome, small playground, Bullerbü on the mountains!

"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

The apartment is ideal for all who enjoy spending time together outdoors. Situated at 1,000 m a.s.l, it is the perfect starting point for any activities in the mountains or to enjoy swimming in the lake of our village. The landscape between the so-called Pinzgauer Grasberge, the Hohe Tauern National Park, Zell am See/Kaprun and the Kitzbühel Alps is beautiful and offers numerous activities in nature. Enjoy wonderful vacation moments any time of the year. We are partner of the Nationalpark Card.

Our modern apartment is situated in the small village of St. Georgen which is 10 driving minutes from Zell am See-Kaprun. The comfortable flat disposes of a sleeping room, a living-room with sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with shower/toilet. Free parking and WiFi. All guests receive a Mobility ticket which entitles you to use free public transport within Salzburg Land (Train & bus). Valid on arrival- and departure day. Will be forwarded to you as QR-Code.

Balcony with glacier view, cozy fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, new washing machine, fast Wi-Fi. Located a few meters from the ski bus stop, parking in front of the house. 2nd floor, no lift. Ski storage in the building. For families with small children, we provide a baby cot, high chair, and baby bathtub to make your stay more comfortable. We don't have the Summer Card unfortunately.
