For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

The bright studio with around 30 m² is on the ground floor of the Chalet Sonnenkönig on a sunny hillside in Piesendorf in the beautiful Pinzgau. From there it is only a 5-minute walk to the center of Piesendorf with restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bus stop, tourist office, etc. The ski areas of Zell am See and Kaprun (glacier), the Tauernspa in Kaprun, the Zell am See golf course are only a few minutes away by car. The apartment is located next to Kaprun, in Piesendorf. The spacious and bright living room has beautiful views of the mountains, ski slopes and is just a few steps away from the swimming pool. The apartment is fully equipped, everything can be found in it, just like in your own home. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the hallway. The apartment has 2 private parking spaces, as well as a shared ski boot dryer and bicycle storage room.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
