The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Casa Torchio is located within the Borgo Selvapiana, which has been a lively center of agricultural activities that over the centuries have shaped its appearance. Far from everyday city life, but only an hour from Milan, Borgo Selvapiana is located among the forests and vineyards at the entrance to the Valtellina, a stone's throw from Lake Como.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
