Feel free to ask us anything! Völs/Fié is one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in South Tyrol. Activities include hiking, skating, biking, skiing, and swimming. Several recommended restaurants, shops, and the tourist information center are all within easy walking distance. We will provide information upon your arrival about public transportation, Fié/Völs and the Dolomites. Feel free to ask us anything! The "Piazza Fié di Sopra" is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Fié (Völs am Schlern). Until the 20th century it used to be a small village with a blacksmith, a wheels maker, a farm and an old tavern by the name of "Löwenwirt" (Lions' Inn). Its centre was formed by a small chapel with an ample garden. If you like panoramic views, the frontside of the chapel will be the place for you! Winter: South Tyrol is a skier's paradise! The Alpe di Siusi can be reached in 10 minutes by car or public transport, other nearby spots are Val Gardena and the Sella Mountains. Skating and sledging can be enjoyed at the idyllic Völser Weiher. Spring Summer: Do not miss the nearby Völser Weiher (bathing lake) and the castle Prösels. Völs is a wonderful area for hiking and mountain biking (Dolomites), for day trips the alpe di Siusi is perfect. According to "Magazin der Süddeutschen Zeitung", one eats particularly well on the Tschafonhütte and the Gostner Schwaige. We can confirm that from experience :-) Autumn: Autumn is the time of harvest and vintage. Völs has some very good "Buschenschänke" and "Völser Kuchenkastl" (Traditional Harvest Specialties) to offer. Hiking and mountain biking in September and October are possible depending on the weather!

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. The village shop and bus stop are a 5-10 minute walk away. In summer, numerous hikes and bike tours can be undertaken from the apartment. Various swimming options in the region. The cable cars can be reached in 15 minutes by car or PostBus. Cross-country ski trail from Ramosch. Toboggan run to the front door.

The apartment is located in a very sunny & quiet location in Birkach, about 3 km from the center of Pfunds and offers a great view of the upper Inn Valley. The restaurants and shops are about 5 minutes away by car, about 20 minutes on foot. The large windows brighten the rooms and offer a pleasant atmosphere. The nearby summer & winter sports regions of Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis are a few minutes' drive by car/ski bus!
