Great stay. Perfect location, lovely little house perfect for our needs and really quiet.

The consistency of reviews led me to book and just says it all. 3 generations, all very happy....we usually eat out a fair bit but enjoyed the space so much we barely did. The feeling is of a huge, comfortable house with an immediately homely and easy air. The kitchen is as at home...every utensil..even a baking cupboard..not treading on eggshells in a cold corporate space, but sharing a family home which has clearly been a haven for generations. Thank you to Joy for her lovely proactive tips...we slept soooo well....and made the most of every moment...the sign of a week well spent in the most comfortable of places.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Hewas Water House. The house was beautiful and catered for all of our needs for a group of 10 for a family members 70th birthday. The games room provided so much entertainment for all (from 2 to 70 years old) and the hot tub a much needed retreat by the time the kids went to sleep. Communication was great with anything we needed to get in touch for. Would definitely recommend

We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. A beautiful property in a very quiet and relaxing setting. Hosts provided all of the information we needed. We will certainly return for another visit in future!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Caroline’s place! We loved the freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam on arrival. Check in was super easy as the key was just left in the door. Our little boy Myles loved watching the alpacas too! Overall very pleasant and refreshing stay I would recommend!

We have just touched down back in Cheshire after the most amazing week!! Cornwall is just perfect, as is Penhale Lodge. It had everything we needed and was so spacious and modern. The washing machine was a welcome surprise too! The pool and the hot tub went down brilliantly with all of us and the location was great. Very central to everywhere we ventured off to! We will 100% be booking with you again for next year. We felt very sad to be leaving this morning after a week of precious family time.

This was our family’s second stay at what is our favourite spot at Retallack. The lodge, being right on the water, feels peaceful and secluded, but is only a few minutes’ walk to the pool, restaurant and other amenities. Mel is a great host, always replying quickly, and the lodge has everything we needed for our stay. We’d definitely come back again.

Personally, I loved the pool and our dog loved the gardens. Nicola and the family were great hosts, just the right amount of 'chit chat'. We really enjoyed our stay and found lots to do in the area. Nicola's information pack was brilliant and helpful. The cottage was well equipped and just right for our needs. Beautiful inside and easy to keep clean with the dog. I don't think the photos do it justice. The gardens were vast as were the surrounding walks. A great stay; very comfortable and relaxed :)

A gorgeous house within walking distance of Hayle beach. The house was brilliantly appointed and was very comfortable. Gorgeous views over the estuary enhanced our stay. Annie was a great host - very responsive and informative.

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

loved our stay, so convenient for a short walk into Perranporth. The house was SO nicely appointed and Jill is a great host... we have stayed in many places in and sround Perranporth over the years but this will become pur regular stay now.

Beautiful house and layout with it been a reverse house bedrooms downstairs and living area upstairs you can walk down to the beach in 10mins a little longer coming back up especially with young kids but ours managed it ok The trolly kart helped a lot with taking stuff down and back up in one go made life easy. Perranporth is a great beach and village to spend time with family. We would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Georgina was a great host, very informative and responsive. The house was very clean and homely and had everything we needed. It is in a great location, short walk (steep but not for long!) to the beach and town. The view from the house of the sunrise was stunning. This was a last minute booking for us, after our original booking was cancelled by the host a few days before our holiday. This turned out wonderfully in the end as Georgina's house was perfect for us and we wished we'd found it sooner! Georgina couldn't have been more kind or accommodating.

OUTSTANDING. Probably one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated, great views and perfect for the dogs. Will be back for sure!

clean, well presented and location couldn't be any better it was a 1 minute walk from the beach. beds were comfortable and shower was powerful and warm! host answered any queries I had. look forward to returning when possible! thank you

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. It was beyond clean, cozy to perfection and the location could not be beat. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay forever. Annie is a brilliant host and her intention to detail can be seen in every aspect of the cottage. 10/10

Beautiful house and surroundings. Short drive to the beach. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy. Lisa was great at responding to any queries. Would definitely go back again.

What an amazing find! Utterly private and feels very rural. Even though the lovely village of St Agnes and glorious beaches and towns are only a short distance away! Very cosy and eclectic home with some delicious treats and a bottle of fizz left by Kate and Simon. If you do stay, you HAVE TO use Sunny Spice, whether it’s for takeaway or eat in. Best South Indian food and yummy dosas I’ve had outside of London or Kerala! Thank you for making us so welcome and for the brilliant recommendations of places to go and local eateries.

Wow what a place! Everything we wanted and more! It was on a peaceful lane, huge secure garden, beautiful bunny’s hopping around! The sea view was spectacular!! Everything you needed inside and outside, everything has been thought of! So much to see and do, lovely walks all around! St Agnes village is beautiful, it a nice walk there with wonderful restaurants and shops! Shout out for st Agnes bakery it was excellent!! Loads of path ways to the beach some a lot steeper than others! We went a few times in the evening as well when the tide was in!! It was great to watch all the kids having a great time!! Some lovely bars on and by the beach with live music!! We have visited Cornwall often but first time to St Agnes, I would honestly say it’s our favourite place!! But most of all “toby” made our holiday and our dogs, it’s one of the most beautiful places we have stayed!! Great you can hire a hot tub also!! Thankyou Sophie for all your information, we certainly didn’t want to come home! 😃

A beautiful place with stunning a sea view. Felt like home away from home. Super clean place with stylish furniture and fresh linen and towels. Jennifer the host was so friendly and helpful and went out of her way to answer any questions asap. We already have recommended this place to our friends and will be staying there again when we come back to Cornwall. If we could give it six stars we would.

The most beautiful getaway. The views over the meadow to the sea and St Michael’s Mount are incredible any time of the day and we loved spending time on the terrace. Perfect location for walking, sea swims and east to get into town and explore the Cornish coast. The decor is also amazing with so much attention to detail. Will be back!

We felt incredibly fortunate to find Veronica lodge. It was a really peaceful, comfortable and private place for us to stay at for the week, rather than opting for one of the many caravan parks near by. Most importantly my two boys (6 & 9) felt relaxed and slept really well. The place was ideal for our needs and only a few minutes drive from Perranporth. A big highlight for us were the big window in the living room for which we spent plenty of time watching the rabbits or when the sun was out, opening up.

We absolutely loved the apartment and had an amazing 5 days celebrating my father-in-laws 80th. There were 9 of us but there was more than enough room for us even when we had to hunker down with a movie on a wet day. We will definitely be back!

This was a lovely spot, beautiful little garden and decking to unwind on. We truly relaxed here. It was spacious, clean and comfortable - with all we needed to get started including a delicious bottle of local milk! very close to a great beach at Perranporth, a short drive away but nice and secluded. Gail was super helpful, proactive and responsive would definitely recommend!
