We have just spent a wonderful few days at Andy and Philippa’s apartment in St Ives. It is seconds from Porthmeor beach at the island end, around 7 minutes from the town. The apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with every mod con you could want for your stay. The apartment was immaculately clean and communication was always super quick and easy. Andy and Philippa went above and beyond to make our stay just perfect, thank you so much!

We borrowed buckets and spades (and trucks and diggers) from the collection in the shed and took the short walk down to the lovely sandy beach most days. My granddaughter had heaps of fun playing in the shallow pools and golden sand in the sun. There were bodyboards too, but she's a little little for that just yet. Nanny was usually to be found observing us from the comfort of the Cove Cafe and admiring the wonderful vista - St Ives Bay in the sunshine (which is also the view from the house itself). The bravest of us swam in the chilly sea and returned invigorated, eyes sparkling. Suki charged about with energy and enthusiasm, greeting every other dog on the beach. We highly recommend this place. Notes: It's a flat beach, so the sea is very close a high tide and a long way off at low tide. Eating out in Cornwall is expensive. The house has a well-equipped kitchen and there is a Lidl and M&S Food Hall nearby if you are minded to eat in. The train St Erth<->St Ives is a nice option.

Lovely apartment with fabulous views over Carbis Bay and St Ives. Everything that we needed for a restful and relaxing holiday, very tastefully fitted out, and well appointed place to stay. Becky and Alex made sure we were settled in and had everything we required. A perfect few days away. Thank you.

So nice to arrive after a long journey to find the water hot with excellent shower facilities, a welcoming comfortable bed with good quality bedding. We were told it was dog friendly, so we were appreciative to find bowls, towel etc., should you forget. The location was ideal for exploring the North Coast and we made full use of our NT membership. Wonderful dog friendly beaches and eating establishments very accomodating. we particularly enjoyed Godrevy and Holywell Coves. ''Tap House'' in St Agnes is a must , great food reasonably priced , but make sure you book and allow time for parking.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lisa’s cottage,It’s location is perfect for walking into St Ives and the car park. The cottage was exactly as described with a comfortable bed nice bathroom with hot shower and lounge area for relaxing after a hard day on the beach. Would definitely book again.

Me and my 2 kids adored our stay here! The most breathtaking views of the ocean and such easy access to the beach via the dunes. We shall definitely be coming back!

What a fantastic place. The view is ever-changing but always beautiful. Great for weekend nightlife if you’re in to that. Caroline was very responsive and friendly. The house was so well equipped from kitchen to bedroom and all in between. We will definitely return in the future. 10 out of 10!

We loved our stay here. The apartment was perfect for us - a family of 4 with 2 teens. There is so much to do on the estate - the pool and leisure area were great for rainy days. It was amazing to be able to walk to the beach and enjoy the cafe as well as being able to hire SUPs and wetsuits. Melanie was a great host and was really flexible in letting us change our arrival day (twice!) as well as enabling an early check in. There's loads to do in the area. Highly recommended!

I booked this as a surprise birthday get away for my wife and our two young children and it was the most perfect place I could have ever imagined. The view from the balcony is incredible, especially the sun rise (thanks to my youngest we never missed) is something worth waking up for. The entire house was spotless and the bed was so comfortable! Mel gave very detailed instructions on how to find the home, as well as some fantastic local recommendations. Excellent communication right up to the booking and was very helpful with extras for the kids! The beach is only a short downhill walk away, even quicker if you jump in the pushchair with the kids. The beach is quite small but was perfect for us. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a Cornish getaway and would definitely book again!

The flat was spotless clean and very well decorated. Perfect location for a walk into town and also a stroll to Gylly beach. The view from the window was a delight when opening the curtains in the morning. one thing to note is the flat is a top floor and there is no lift. we never used the Falmouth hotel for swimming or gym but we did find that the bar was a perfect place for a drink on the way out\way back. Would love to stay here again. Never had to contact Nicola during the stay due to no issue's, however we did receive regular updates from Nicola. perfect holiday thanks you Nicola.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mary’s beautiful home. It exceeded our expectations the location was incredible, only a short and beautiful walk into the town. Next to the best beach. Every room was very clean and had everything we needed. Mary was very help helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend. Made a special birthday just perfect.

Demelza 4 was a real find, the whole place was spotlessly clean. A welcome pack of tea, coffee, biscuits, crisps, fudge, and milk was waiting in the kitchen which was a lovely touch. The lounge and dinning area are large with stunning views of the Helford Passage harbour though huge double aspect windows, you could spend all day there just watching the world go by. There is a large wet room shower in the bathroom and plenty of towels provided. The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher and has all you would need to self cater. The large shared garden again with the fantastic views has tables and chairs for each let (there are 4 holiday lets together) plus individual BBQ's. From the garden there are steps though a short tunnel and you are on the beach, 20 yards from the Ferry Boat Inn, great food! Very quite at night, just fall asleep listening to the sea. Would I stay again ABSOLUTELY, LOVED IT, LOVED IT LOVED IT

we had a truly wonderful stay at maenporth . the apartment was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . we really enjoyed the comfort and amenities of the apartment and the complex

Everything was as described by Anna, the Surf Shack was spotless and very well maintained. Anna's communication with us was brilliant since the beginning. The "welcome package" was a nice touch and the Surf Shack has everything you need for a lovely holiday. Essentially we used this place as a base to explore Cornwall, and even though the weather wasn't perfect with a few rainy and windy days, the truth is that we made the most of our time, always with something different to do and explore each day. The local mini-market and entertainment, the play areas and the beach also add extra value to this place. For us travelling with 2 kids, the Surf Shack was definitely a good choice and the kids didn't want to leave it! The only thing that could be improved are the bed mattresses, which could be more comfortable. Otherwise, nothing more to say except that we loved it. Thank you for having us!

This is the cleanest holiday rental we’ve ever stayed. Owners were lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Beautiful property. Wonderful area. Pool was lovely. Highly recommend. Zennor Cottage is absolutely lovely. Spacious, clean, great location for walking to St Michael's mount, equipped kitchen, just wonderful. Ed was so helpful and communicative and went above and beyond helping me figure out my train and getting a package I needed. Polite, responsive, and kind. I felt right at home and only wish I could have stayed longer! I definitely recommend staying here. The wifi was great for working as well and the bed was comfy, shower nice and hot and it was so nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine as well. Thank you Ed!

We had a wonderful stay. The house and its surroundings were exactly as described – it really does have the feel of a luxury hotel, but with the warmth and space of a home. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, and welcoming. The views are stunning, and the beach is just a stone’s throw away – perfect for our 4.5-year-old to walk to. Town is also just a short five-minute stroll away. We’d also highly recommend Highlanes Fish & Chips – only a five-minute drive and well worth it. All in all, a lovely stay. Clean, spacious, fantastic views, and a brilliant location.

What a gem! The upper beach house is a fantastic find with the most wonderful scenic view to look out to. The house is spacious, homely and full of all the amenities to feel home from home. The outdoor terrace is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the view of the beach. With just a one minute walk to the beach and costal path, the location was perfect. Gareth was a great host, responsive and clear instructions. A brilliant stay!!

We stayed at Jackie's for a week, while performing Les Miserables at the Minack. The location was perfect, being less than a 5 minute walk to both the beach and theatre. The views were incredible, perfect for breakfast on the balcony! The place was absolutely spotless and I would love to come back again in the future, thank you Jackie!

Was totally at home here! As soon as I arrived I felt like it was somewhere I could live. It's really cosy so perfect for a winter stay. Kitchen was really equipped so cooking was easy. Loved it and really hope to be back :)

The most beautiful getaway. The views over the meadow to the sea and St Michael’s Mount are incredible any time of the day and we loved spending time on the terrace. Perfect location for walking, sea swims and east to get into town and explore the Cornish coast. The decor is also amazing with so much attention to detail. Will be back!

The barn is in a great location and very quiet. The master bedroom, on the ground floor, is really lovely and comfortable. The mezzanine bedroom over the lounge area is a great addition. The WiFi was good and we enjoyed having a little outdoor space. Gareth and Lorraine were always responsive and super helpful. We really enjoyed our week in beautiful Cornwall, thank you.
