Vacation rentals with beach access in Penzance

The location is central St Ives and is perfect for a small break in the town - the view from the kitchen/lounge over looks the harbour and is perfect to watch the slow early morning wake up

Alison's kind hospitality & welcoming was excellent & the accommodation was stunning & immaculate. If you like a quiet location it's ideal but travelling across Cornwall is no problem as main rd's are accessible from Helston. Alison gave us some good recommendations for restaurants which we tried & were delighted with.

Had an amazing weekend in st Ives thanks to Paul who sent instructions beforehand and upon arrival the place was immaculate. Beds were super comfy my 5 year old even slept in which is VERY unlike him🤣 Great location restaurants are 5⭐️ And the views from the apartment you could watch all day and the beaches are beautiful Would definitely recommend if your looking to book :)

We had such a fantastic time at this Air BnB. Mary is a wonderful host and so helpful and friendly during our stay. The location is fabulous, within walking distance to Penzance, Newlyn and Mousehole (scenic walks too!) The place itself is beautifully decorated and clean not to forget the views are wonderful! We very much enjoyed our morning tea watching the boats across the water. The bed is super comfortable and all amenities are as described if not better. We will definitely be returning! What a gem of a place and the loveliest host!

This was the best place we stayed all holiday. The location is incredible, just steps from Bamaluz beach, with amazing views and the sound of the waves coming right into the house. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching all the dogs playing on the sand, and it was only ten minutes walk to all the main beaches in St Ives. The flat had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. An absolutely perfect base for a beach holiday.

An extremely enjoyable weeks holiday helped massively by extremely good weather. The property's location was ideal for our purpose as we were able to walk to the town and avoid using the car. On arrival we received a friendly welcome from Vanessa which extended to practical help as the car was slightly too long for the parking space available. Vanessa immediately made alternative parking arrangements just a few minutes walk away which we were able to use throughout the holiday. We would certainly have extended our stay if we were in a position to do so.

As soon as we walked through that door we could see the beautiful sea and we were just in awe of the place. The location is 10/10, the apartment is stunning and so quiet and we didn’t really notice that we had neighbours which was lovely and made it feel private which is what we look for in a place. Cornwall as whole as well is just stunning and we HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking at it. We have found a special place and we will hopefully come back again and again. This is our happy place. We were so sad to leave as we had such a beautiful holiday. A lot of special memories made. The parking was very good, covered and easy to use, self check in is favourable, the checking in and out time is reasonable and the communication was very good. The train is so useful and we actually enjoyed watching that go by, the walking is amazing, the beach is beautiful, the views from the window and patio are amazing. The sofas and bed are very comfortable which is rare. Thank you so much.

This studio suited us very well. It felt spacious with very cleverly chosen furnishings - lots of storage and a well-equipped kitchen. Susi and Graham's attention to detail and generous supply of things like olive oil, tea and coffee, salt and pepper grinders etc make such a difference the feel of a place - you don't have to waste time shopping for basics. It was spotlessly clean too. It is easy to find and quiet, and the walk down into St Ives is easy (there is always the bus for the return!) Susi and Graham were very welcoming but not at all intrusive. We hope to return soon

Probably the nicest place we have ever stayed! Deserves more than 5 stars. The location couldn't be better to get straight out to lots of beaches, bars etc. St Ives streets are small and traffic is restricted 930am to 4pm on the street but outside these times we found it easy to unload then booked a parking space 10 mins walk away on JustPark. The view has to be seen, it's even better than it looks... when people stop at the balcony for a picture you know it's the perfect spot - and we helped take a couple of pictures for them from above! The best thing was having a nice glass of wine on the armchairs with the windows open and listening to the waves and watching the change in tides. Spa bathroom was unreal as was everything really. Already looking at dates to come back! We also enjoyed Johns Wine Bar, The Host (had great live music), Mor Beach Cafe for morning rolls and James King for beautiful St Ives jewellery. Thanks again David we loved it all!

As a family of 4 the property was ideal, it had all the amenities required for our 4 day stay. The property is stunning, so tastefully furnished and decorated, it is in a prime location with stunning sea views. Its location is great for strolling into Penzance and a short car journey to local sites, such as the Minack theatre, which is well worth a visit as well as St Ives. We were luckily enough to meet Lenn during our stay, he knows the area well and gave some great suggestions as well as being a great host, we found the property easily and followed Lenn’s instructions to a tee, we would recommend Lenn and Gord’s beautiful property, and was very sad to leave it to come home, a stunning find x

We loved staying at the property. It was bright and clean, and uncluttered. It had everything we needed, the kitchen was well equipped. The weather was changeable while we were there, but we felt very cosy when needed. The location is fantastic, we had come down by train, and were able to walk to Marazion. We also had access to the Penzance bus, which we used on our last day to get to the train station. There are also local shops and pubs within walking distance. Karly and her family were very friendly, we felt we could have approached them if we had needed anything. They had very thoughtfully left a bottle of wine and milk for when we arrived. We will be returning to Cornwall in the future, and would stay at this property again, it was such good value for money for the high standard of accommodation.

Really enjoyed my stay here! The place was super clean and nice when I checked in, which made a great first impression. It’s in such a good location everything from restaurants to shops and local spots was just a quick drive away. The host was great too, really responsive and made sure all the instructions for finding the place, checking in, and parking were super clear. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend it!

Fabulous stay in a beautiful house. Had everything we needed. So central, could walk to Jubilee pool, harbour and al shops. Lovely to run on promenade and out to St Michaels Mount. Rooms were big and airy and bathroom was modern with a great shower. Loads of games for the kids and adults . Lovely big dining room table to socialise around. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful. Our Kiwi side of the family absolutely loved it too. Will definitely book again if back in Penzance. 😊

We had a truly superb stay! The apartment was immaculately clean and incredibly well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Danielle and Mark were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. We particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, the wonderful hot shower, and the bonus of a private garden where we could unwind. The location was perfect, with a beautiful, golden-sand beach just a walk away – it was lovely to sit at the bar there and admire the view. The scenic public footpath to St Ives was also a real highlight.

We were a family of 3 with a small dog. Plenty of garden to play in and was fully secure. Location was brilliant, we caught the train to most beaches which are all less than 11 minutes away.

I had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

This is a really lovely place to stay. We had 10 days enjoying the wonderful view from the front room and sitting outside. Very well equipped and Mark was very helpful, meeting us when we arrived to help get everything inside. Lovely easy walk to Penzance and Mousehole, and further on to Marazion and St Michael’s Mount, and also near bus stops if you are walking the SWCP as I was to get to start and finish points.

Booked this Airbnb for a group of colleagues working in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was excellent—convenient, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process, and check-in was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

Exceeded expectations, perfect location, immaculate accommodation, and Penny is indeed a "superhost" - warm, welcoming and helpful. And the cream tea was a very thoughtful and much appreciated bonus! No negatives at all.

Lovely relaxing break It’s difficult to add anything new to the already fabulous reviews. Beth and Mark made our stay exceptional, their warmth, knowledge and hospitality were in a class of their own. The apartment is just gorgeous, situated in a picturesque spot, overlooking the beach, with beautiful gardens and plants. It is stylish, fresh, clean, comfortable and very homely and they have thought of everything, we really didn’t want for anything. We really hope to have the opportunity to visit and stay again. Thank you. Forgot to say it was my wife’s big birthday and she loved it, so thank you, I’m in the good books again. Best AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in.

Mariners Watch was in a perfect location for our visit to the Minack and Porthcurno cove. Enjoyable visit to St Michaels Mount. Mel was easy to communicate with. Welcoming touches of wine and beer awaiting us. An american style fridge proved very useful as nearest supermarkets are 30 minutes drive in Penzance. There is a small shop/post office in St Buryan.

A lovely little flat which was very clean and well equipped. Eleanor was friendly and helpful. The welcome pack was a nice touch. Very handy location near the Art school. I would not recommend to a nervous driver though. Difficult entry and exit.
